Okay, well, please understand that I’m addicted to brown water. For me Starbucks is best suited to my taste. For the most part-except downtown Omaha, the staff is smiling and friendly. The buildings around Omaha are fairly new, and compared to another coffee shop are very clean. So I gave them a rating I think appropriate.
Aren't all Starbucks good? The coffee came out really fast and so did the food. Highly recommend if you're traveling and looking to pick up some coffee. They even have a drive-thru!

I usually don’t leave reviews but this needs to be said! We came in right before closing (on black friday) and they were fantastic. We felt so bad walking in that late and they were patient, kind, and so sweet. The staff deserve a raise for their amazing customer service!

Really this review is just to comment on the staff. My husband and I went here separate times, and both times, they argued with us. My experience was in ordering a caramel macchiato upside down. The guy ringing me up replied, "so, a latte." Never have I had someone at Starbucks say that to me. It was weird and truly, I didn't know how to respond as I'm not a barista. I've ordered this drink probably a hundred times and never received any flack for it. My husband tried to order an iced cappuccino and was told they couldn't make that. Since when can whatever you're asking for not be made at Starbucks!?

Came for a pick-me-up before work, got a hair infested drink instead. Probably not coming back to this Starbucks again since they were dead enough to properly make my drink or dump out the mistake and make a new drink but chose not to. Thankfully corporate gave me a refund, but it seems Sunday's at the Johnstown Starbucks needs fixed badly.
