Takumi has a great menu. There is a lot of variety to choose from. Unfortunately, I thought the chicken ramen stir fry I got was a bit bland and lacked flavor. However, the restaurant is nice and seems to be well kept. Our favorite is the fruit tea with popping bubbles. The servers are very friendly. Overall, I really like this little place.
Why was this not here sooner? Takumi is very well laid out, with takeout not interfering with diners. Dining room is spacious and welcoming. Staff is polite, knowledgeable, and engaging. Was pleased to see some staff from a neighboring restaurant working there, so I knew the restaurant would be quality. I wasn't disappointed! Food is excellent! If you've never had Ramen before, you have to try this place. I had the fried Ramen with shrimp, and a side of crab Rangoon....
First time visit this restaurant in Johnstown. The atmosphere is nice. No other customer around 4pm when we came in. I order tonkatsu ramen today. Food portion is satisfying and Takoyako is a must to order for your appetizer. Will be back to try different things.
