Really great food! It's taken us a year to try it since moving to the area because of the limited hours, but we will definitely be back and hope they open up again full time soon!
This place looks like a dive from the outside. The joints on the pipe railing on the steps outside are wrapped with electrical tape. The worn front door has a hole where a lock used to be. The checkerboard floor in the bar has a gouge here and a divot there, and hasn't been fixed since the fifties. Szymanski's has the best homestyle cooking in Kane for the best prices for miles. Always has two rotating taps of craft brews along with a full bar to choose from.If they're open definetly stop in! I'm a big fan of the squeaky cheese appetizer and their specials always hit the spot.
