“I absolutely love this place. I went in with my dog just to get some wine after my trip at the Kinzua skywalk. The staff was extremely kind. They were out of a few wines (which is good bc that shows their stuff is quality!!!) I ended up getting 9 bottles. The caramel was my FAVORITE by far (all the other wines were fantastic... it was just a throwback to my childhood since it tasted like those caramel apple lollipops!!), so I ended up getting 5 bottles of it.”

“I am up from the state of Texas, and I was really looking for a good local coffee. On my way driving to New York. I found route bar, and I was absolutely pleased. What a quaint little place and the staff was absolutely kind and generous and a great representation of Pennsylvania. I will definitely be coming back here on my way back from New York… Bought a beanie from them as well because I am from Texas and there is snow everywhere up here. Ha ha. But what a great experience and my triple latte was absolutely delicious.”

“I always like going in and chatting with most of staff. I sit at bar in alone. Most of staff is great but there are like 2 tonight that didn’t impress me at all. Amy and Zach. I asked if I could taste the draft to see if it was cold and he tried to argue with me!! Small favor for a bit more money!!! That my friend does not help the business make money! Lazy”

“We were there Friday night and the host blew our minds! He really elevated the experience and set the tone for a great dinner. His attention to detail was 🤌 Our food and drinks were phenomenal. And the service was great all around.”

“Our eighth stop along our Father’s Day road trip. Well, you gotta stop and get some dinner at one point. We love hitting the hometown spots. Barrel House Restaurant and Tavern had some good food. My husband got The Original Big Foot Burger while I went with the Cajun Bacon Blue Burger. Our kids had chicken and fries. I loved the design they went with of the restaurant. Old Texaco signs, rusted truck, etc..We were in Big Foot country so they definitely decorated with some of those. I do have a few things to say. The service is very slow. It took us an hour to get our food for the 4 of us. 2 burgers with fries and 2 kid’s chicken and fries meals. The server asked us what kind of sauce the kids wanted with their chicken, but then charged us separately for it. I wasn’t asked how I wanted my burger cooked and it did come out pink. A few of the older servers, one specifically would stop whenever she was out and socialize while many were asking about their orders. I’m not sure if there was only one cook, but something needs to be done about the time between when the order is taken and when it comes out. Overall, the servers were friendly and the burgers were very good, but not sure I would return again if in the area. I myself, rated it as a 3 star out of 5 and do recommend when it comes to taste overall, but decide for yourself on time.”

“We stopped at Tack's Inn on the US 219 on the way up to Buffalo. It is a locals favorite and very clean inside. The Pigpen Fries were absolutely delicious. The fries were crispy and loaded with pulled pork, melted cheese, BBQ sauce, and jalapenos. (Unfortunately the homemade pierogies are no longer on the menu. )”
