I was traveling between Kinzua Dam and the Bridge, and read online about the pierogies here. I wandered in up to the bar, and a very nice lady took my order within a minute of me being there. Overall i was waiting probably about 20 minutes for my food. The food was delicious! The server was nice and as attentive as she could be but it was busy and they definitely did not have enough help. It took a long time to place our order and then a long time to get our order. I would go back though, the food is too good to pass up and the beer was cold while we waited.
