I love spending time at Cloud 9! The club is so calming and Lisa and Frank put so much energy and enthusiasm in taking care of their members! I just wish I lived closer so I could get there more often! Looking forward to my next visit!

I’ve been meaning to come here since it opened and I finally made it today. I got the brownie batter smoothie and the mermaids tail tea. Both are very delicious. Coach Frank knew all his customers by name as they walked through the door and I thought that was amazing costumer service. He even let my daughter have a little bit of cake batter smoothie and she loved it. I’d definitely come back here again.

this place is a brick and mortar for the multi level marketing company Herbalife. this is evident immediately when you walk in. i was asked a lot of questions and asked to fill out a form so the store can contact me about my "health goals". i would not recommend this place unless you want some serious protein smoothies or want to join a pyramid scheme.

Amazing owners and great drinks. We love going here for the drinks but even more the kind people.

When I entered into Cloud9--I felt like I new I had been missing something in my life! It's very warm and welcoming and it's absolutely a beautiful place to go to. Delicious shakes/phenomenal teas. Very clean- just all around a great place to get your Nutrition on! Frank was super friendly- he did a great job behind the bar. My granddaughter also loved it. I will def be going back to Cloud9 nutrition. Owners Lisa and Frank make this place Friendly atmosphere all around welcoming ❤️ thank you Cloud9 for a great experience ?

Welcoming atmosphere, is very cozy! Was really impressed with the shakes, filling and tasty. Frank and Lisa the owners have poured their hearts into this and it shows! I will absolutely be back to get a tasty treat. The protein balls and cake pops are good too :)

This is THE BEST place to come for all your Herbalife needs. Frank and Lisa are amazing and they have created such a fun and supportive atmosphere. Literally my favorite part of the day. 10/10 recommend.

Just an FYI, this is a store front for the MLM HerbalLife. After I ordered I was given a sheet to fill out asking how I heard about Herbal Life, my email, what my fitness and nutrition goals were, there were ads for workout classes and before and after weight loss pictures everywhere…I noticed there were no fresh fruits or vegetables anywhere and when I asked the owner why, his reply was “We’re 100% plant based.” I pointed out fresh fruit was, in fact, a plant. He clarified saying he meant they only use their own products only—aka various powders. So I paid $6 for powders to be thrown into a blender with ice. It tasted okay but I was looking forward to something fresh. I’m still laughing about the owner saying they don’t use fruit because they’re only plant based.
