Great place for lunch and one of the few remaining BYOB places in the area. Bento boxes are fresh and delicious. "All you can eat sushi" days make my hungry nephews happy. We go often after a late morning walk at Longwood Gardens.

Kid-friendliness: My grandkids love the robot kitty that delivers the food.

The place was nice, the cat robot was cool. Big portions, ok taste. Service was nice and helpful.

Parking: Big parking lot, there is two entrances on both sides. So whether you park on the one side or the other you can enter the restaurant.

What a beautiful surprise. We came in after being recommended by the concierge at our hotel. This has to be the top spot on my list for sushi. Highly recommended.

The 1 thing I absolutely loved when I walked in besides the host being so helpful as it was our 1st time here was the sushi chef stopping what he was doing to greet us/welcoming us and giving well wishes and thanking us when we left. Customer service was excellent. Music was at a comfortable volume. They have “All u can eat” and FYI the kids meal was WELL worth the $8 🙌🏾We will return!

Good sushi that we had. Had salmon roll with jalapeño it was good and spicy. The sushi was very fresh and well prepared I could tell these were very experienced chefs. Sushi was a 5 star. We all Really liked the chicken lettuce wraps but not enough lettuce cups:( and had to eat without only four lettuce cups given and needed like 6-7. Pork bun was very good quality but lacking toppings. Only came with white radish on side would be good with a sauce or cilantro or picked onions.. just something. Others liked their sushi and it was good quality as it was packed in sat night with like 4 sushi chefs cranking them out. Calamari was average with a heavier crust and likely frozen prepacked. Be prepared for robots. Not a gimmick as they were definitely helping wait staff. Wait staff serves you after robot goes to your table. We sat in front section and away from crowded banquet room and service was fine nothing to rave about and really only delivered food as place packed. Sushi came out slow. We had other food ordered and it came quickly. Would like to go back and try other menu options and food could go up to 5 star possibly. I recommend you try it. Prices very reasonable. The chop sticks were really pointed more so than I’ve seen which made it a little harder to eat. I think they are for more experienced and for precision. BYOB so don’t forget that is you want some wine.

We all had the hibachi filet, chicken, shrimp. Done perfectly, filet was super tender along with the shrimp and chicken. Lots of flavors and the rice was yummy as well. Highly recommend!

We always enjoy our meals and experience at Gugu. The food is always expertly prepared and tasty. The lunch Bento boxes are a great deal for a generous amount of food. The Massaman Curry is especially good. Tonight I tried the hibachi with filet and chicken, both were very tender and delicious. We also like their gyoza, sushi and edamame. It's a very pleasant restaurant, not too cramped or loud. And of course the kitty robot is fun! The servers are always friendly, but very busy. Tonight was a hopping Friday, and it took quite a while to get our entrees, fortunately the appetizers came out much more quickly.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a very good ramp for walkers or wheelchairs, plenty of clearance around the tables and no steps to get in or out of the restaurant.
