Took an hour and a half for the pizza to get delivered. When I called to check on the order, no one answered the phone - kept getting routed to a call center who was of no help. When the driver finally arrived with my food, it was explained to me that they don't even start to make the pizza until they know they have a driver available. We were crunched for time because we had to go to a viewing. Had we known the wait time, we would have either picked it up ourselves or cancelled the order. Very disappointing- no consideration for the customer.

These employees know what their doing... I like my pizza a little well done, and they do it perfect every time. Also the toppings aren't sparce. Pizza is good, but these employees are great! Give them RAISES!!!

Food never came after 3 HOURS!!!!! I called the store they said it’d come in 20 minutes, never came, called back twice and was hung up both times. I never leave these reviews but this is truly the worst service I’ve ever experienced! Never ordering from here ever again!!

I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! After ordering, they thought they were not going to get a tip, so the driver said I Left your pizza in the lobby. I had a cash tip for him and he said that's ok, we cannot go to rooms. So being a handicap veteran I put on clothes to go to the front desk and noticed my pizza was not at the front desk, but at a random table in the lobby. Really? Then I called back and they kept hanging up on me. I'm done!
If I could give minus stars I would. After ordering and using the app, witch tells you -the prep- the bake- the quality inspection (lol) and then the delivery drivers eta. I keep getting a "contact the store" notification popping up over and over. Then, after calling the store and listening to obnoxious recorded marketing for 20 minutes (not an exaggeration) I hit the back button and am asked if I want to reorder. Well, after that I just decided to cook dinner. 3 hours later someone knocks at the door, and by the time I open it they're gone. Except for our pizza order that was left laying on the ground- I know it's Dominos , but this Kennett location sucks

Placed a large order at 11:12 and was told it would arrive within 20 to 30 minutes. There was never any update and they just arbitrarily canceled the order. Do not recommend this location for many reasons. You can tell by the late hour that you have to be pretty desperate to order pizza from here!

We placed an order for delivery online. We waited for over an hour. We called over and over trying to find out out what was going on, only to be put on hold forever or get hung up on. The pizza’s never showed up. We got an email saying the order was canceled with no explanation. Totally unacceptable, terrible service, no communication. We will never order from Domino’s pizza again

Gross service. My boyfriend and I ordered from here twice and we left both times before we even walked in. First time we saw an employee vomiting outside in the parking lot. Yes literally gross. We watched him casually walk back inside, into the kitchen without washing his hands and continue to make pizza. Second time, we ordered for pick up months later and another employee was standing outside near the trash can itching his head and touching his phone, and again we watched him walk inside back into the kitchen and he started making food again. We left the parking lot and cancelled our order both times. Like you guys can't take the time to wash your hands. So gross. Definitely would not order from here because i'm sure this happens every night with these guys working.
