They sell stale food. Never had a worse bagel. Pretty sure it’s some days old.

I Guess this location does not have a toaster or refuses to use it. I stop here everyday for coffee which is always perfectly made. However every time I get a bagel from this location it is awful. The bagel is piping hot ,the normal bagel color, and all rubbery . This happens weather I select regular or dark toasted level . Also I pick my order up within 5 minutes of ordering so it’s not that, I assume they must be microwaving instead of toasting and that’s how you get a piping hot bagel, rubbery ,without any signs of it ever being in a toaster. 4th and last time , coffee only from here on out.

This Dunkin is my go to Dunkin!! I love it. Nobody does it like the Baltimore Pike Dunkin. The staff is great always greeting everyone who comes in. They always get my order right. My order is done the same everytime which is nice so it always taste good. I usally mobile order and they are so fast!! I can order from 5 minutes away and it will be ready to go as soon as I get there. I love this dunkin and I have yet to find a better one. Keep it up 🩷

The staff was rude, visibly annoyed to have to serve customers, indifferent to basic order details, left things out, mumbled incoherently when asked which hot chocolate was lactose free, shrugging (even though he himself made the beverages) as though givinv people the proper beverage they ordered simply isn’t important, leaving us staring at eachother like “Is this happening?” Truly a bizarre experience.
I just started going to this Dunkin - I believe it’s the owner that’s taken my coffee order a few times, every time he’s rude and acts very annoyed, I figured the first time I experienced rude service was due to it being slightly busy on a weekend morning but that wasn’t the case today when he placed my coffee in the mobile order section without telling me and I didn’t see him do it, so I waited until I asked if the coffee sitting in the mobile order was mine and I got a look like i was the problem.
