I've been patronizing this location since it opened many years ago. I've recently had a chance to chat with the owners and have found them to be very customer centric and focused on providing well-prepared food for their customers. Like every business, they were affected by Covid and are working hard to attract new customers and regain older customers whose routines may have been disrupted by Covid. Their service is quick and reliable, the food has always been freshly...

Dunkin needs to work on their customer service skill set a little bit more, they treat you with stoic indifference, as if you don't have any alternatives. The person who took my order didn't crack a smile
