Terrible service by a waitress who had 3 tables (the entire restaurant since it was empty) yet we had to ask repeatedly for wine glasses and water which she never actually refilled before we left. She barely made eye contact and was very unfriendly. Little kids ran around the restaurant screaming and banging things on the floor the entire time we were there and also ran in and out of the kitchen. Chicken and were beef dry, overcooked and flavorless other than the green pepper that overtook the meal. Food took an hour to come out. So unenjoyable.
