I want to see this place do well and succeed, however... $22 for diner-type food is ridiculous. I got a sandwich and fries and after all of the up charges and services charges, I don't think I can justify coming back here unless prices come down a bit. I can get the same amount of food at Wawa for $6 or Chipotle for $11. Even Country Butcher down the road has a massive burger and fries for $11. So to see a (surprisingly) small sandwich and fries end up at $22 is just disappointing. I could see this being $10-$15 (after all taxes and charges), but its just too expensive to justify as is.

Again - I want to like this place, but the food is way overpriced for the health/quality/volume of the food. Credit cards are the way of the world, adding a service charge is ridiculous (though I suspect this is because baseline prices are already quite high).

It's not just national companies. Your prices aren't competitive with local family restaurants like country butcher or even the taquerias in Kennett. And the food may be freshly made there, but it's mostly fried food and sandwiches. Again - I really like your ice cream and I want to see you all succeed, but prices are just too high, relative to the quality (I.e. fried food/sandwiches). I've been there over 10 times at this point and I just can't justify coming back for anything other than ice cream, which is rare.

Who would put that in ice cream? Apparently Hangry Bear with a bunch of other filler/stabilizers. Worst tasting & textured ice cream.

The food was five star. But the service was lousy. The people working there really didn't care that we were there at all. They could use some people skills. And it took so long for the food to come that we ended up having to take it to go because we ran out of time.

Ordered a grilled cheese and pear sandwich on DoorDash . My door dasher had to wait 20 minutes so I called and they put me on hold twice.. said they’re out of bacon (didn’t order bacon) and then my dasher texted me and said they’re told her 10 more minutes . Just ridiculous.mind u I paid extra for express and this order took more then 30 minutes to come . Edit: to your reply. This has nothing to do with employment that was over a year ago I don’t care about that .. this is about my bad experience with my order . Learn to run a business better .

I ordered the black and blue burger well done so when it came out it was black. Burger was burned on the outside and it did not have bacon on it which was listed in the description. Wife got the Kennett Square burger which has swiss cheese listed but it came out with American cheese. First and last visit for us.... The owner reached out to make it right. We would have told the girls working there about the issues but they never came back to check on us for anything, additional drinks, how is everything, etc. They went to another room.

Amazing! I was here for a birthday party and the event was really something to watch. The kids had a wonderful time and it was really cool to listen to them sing while making ice cream.

Food is always good have not had anything that was bad. The service is very good also

Their ice cream is incredible and if you see the biscoff flavor don’t think twice. I haven’t had anything other than the ice cream yet but the food always looks outstanding.

Me and my boyfriend did an ice cream class here and had the BEST time! There were sooooo many options to pick to customize, got to bring home SO much ice cream, it was extremely yummy, and staff were great! We are already planning our next trip!

We just had a Team Building/Ice Cream making event here today, and I can't recommend it enough. It was simple, fun and enjoyable time for everyone involved. What a gem!

Omg they have the best banana pudding ice cream. Best ever.
