Always a great place to eat! Fresh and consistent when it comes to their food. Although the staff is very busy, the still take time to ask you about your meal and make sure all is OK. Keep up the good work!

Never in my life have I seen a restaurant so incapable of correctly making a burger. They have never gotten an order right. It's staggering to me how you can say "no cheese" and they put cheese on. Every. Single. Time. They also just randomly decide to add other toppings. Or omit the ones you want. If you want to order a burger with mystery toppings that bear no resemblance to what you ordered then the place is fine. The food is passable. The fries are fine. But one of the core tenets of fast food is that you should be able to get what you actually ordered. And on that count Wayback fails spectacularly. I've ordered from them three times. They've gotten it wrong three times. Avoid at all costs.

We go out of our way to eat at the kennet square location. They always get out our order right, which comes with a lot of special instructions because I'm picky.

Excellent burger and great service. The bacon fries were not great, but the burger made up for it.

Burgers were good. Bacon cheese fries were okay, there were big pieces of bacon with barely any cheese not what I was expecting. The place needs a deep cleaning! Floors were sticky, tables dirty, bathroom was gross.

Delicious! Every time we stop at one when traveling amazing!!

Just went into order and this is the second time in a month that the food prep order person had an unfriendly demeanor. The milkshake machine is out of service again. Definitely lacking management.

The place was dirty the employee was ignored as heck and I would not recommend this place at all The employee was so ignorant it’s like he was mad at the world and like he was gods gift to the world!! Walked out after being treated and hard at like a child!

They never seem to get the order correct. Last time we ordered, they shorted us an order of French fries. This time, a cheeseburger and some of the chips were not thoroughly cooked. Finished with Wayback Burgers.

Under New Management since Aug 2020! The Bacon Double Cheeseburger was deliciously juicy with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, jalapeños, mushrooms, and pickles. The crispy bacon with the veggies provided nice texture. Highly recommended.

This particular one wasn't that good. I believe we were in Concordville. They got my order wrong and the tater total had no taste. No salt or anything. All the other ones I've been to are pretty good.
