Phenomenal dinner; spinach and mushroom ravioli was perfectly prepared with a lingering taste of truffle oil. Every bite savory and delicious. Could have eaten another plate. Partner had sea bass special combined with risotto and broccoli.
We have eaten at this restaurant for the last few years when we've come for the Kennett Square light parade. The first few times, the food was amazing and that's why we kept coming back. Tonight the food was not impressive. My food and my mother's was cold when it arrived. It also wasn't as good as it had been. I used to think about this dish often between visits it was that good, and this time it was meh. My husband ordered the saltimbocca and it came out...
This was our first visit; the restaurant was absolutely swamped with business as it was the night of the Kennett Square Christmas parade. Regardless, the staff was courteous and friendly. The food came out quickly and was well prepared. If I had one thing that wasn't awesome it would be to say that the grilled octopus was just a touch overcooked and chewy; this likely was because the kitchen was extremely busy. We will be back and will try that octopus appetizer again!
