EXCELLENT FOOD AND SERVICE. Ambiance of the market is great. The menu is a delight to peruse. The best breakfast sandwich I've ever had and I'm a 46 year old woman! The avocado toast was robust, flavorful and a beautiful work of art. We wanted to taste the açaí bowl and the staff took the liberty to split it because she knew we were sharing. A + all the way!

We have been coming here 2-3 times a month for a little over a year. Never had anything we didn’t like, staff are all friendly, the owner is a super nice guy. We will continue to support them. Located at the liberty market, mary pats, has the best breakfast sandwich in the area. They also serve lunch, soup, and smoothies. The food is so bomb here they should have more yummy places like this. The staff are always friendly and food is super quick.

What a great menu! Place was very, very clean. Pleasant staff (free refills!) I got the pork roll sammich on an everything bagel, it was so great! My GF got the peach summer salad with chicken which was also amazing.

Not sure if what I ordered was the issue or I had too high expectations!I ordered the French toast and side of Turkey sausage.The French toast was dry and the turkey sausage was obviously from a freezer.It was heated in the microwave and barely warm. It lacked texture and true flavor. Disappointing
Healthy and unique food. More towards vegan style.There isn't anything on the menu that doesn't taste good.

The food never disappoints at Mary Pat's! So nice to have a spot like this in Kennett. In my opinion, this is the best option to eat at Liberty Place. My mom and I love to come here and get the breakfast sandwiches, but this weekend I decided to try their salad special which was delicious! The cold brew here is also super good
