Go to McDonald's with a hankering for a good flavorful cheeseburger but my mistake for going to McDonald's. I ordered 1 cheese burger and I wait 10 min for it to be dry and tough :l

McDonald’s has fallen to the food scams just like every where else . today I ordered some chicken nuggets and as I pulled one out of the box it felt light as a feather and the sun showed through the nugget, see pics attached 6.50 for a 20 piece 10.00 for a 20 piece . This is getting out of control . A few months ago those nuggets were 3/4” to 1” thick now they are 3/8” thick .so disgusting that McDonalds is doing this crap too . I think in general people are ok with slight price increases but at the same time don’t increase price and then reduce size or volume of the item very bad business !!

This McDonald's always asks us to pull over and wait for food that takes forever to get and is still cold or undercooked when you get it.

Had to come update and lower my stars as McDonald’s doesn’t have an easy way to make a formal complaint. We had a park to order, order the young man comes out and says 2 fries 4 McDoubles. So he walks away and look in the bag there is one fry. Ugh right no big deal so o go in and say to the sweet younger girl that came to me I’m missing a fry. She looks in my bag looks at the screen and goes to get my fry.

The manager on duty is like what’s wrong she tells him he says no it’s one fry she says the receipt and the screen says 2 he gets all upset she isn’t even going to get my fry. He then goes to the screen and says my bad.

She gets my fry and she apologizes, she needs a raise. He needs retrained. Not treating employees or his customers very well and all could have been prevented if the 3rd party person looked in the bag before he brought it out to me.

But maybe it’s better so I can make this review and they can maybe be aware of the behavior going on there. Please give the young lady a raise she is kind and deserving of better treatment.

Usually a great McDonald’s hopefully just a freak night.

Minus the paper straws this is the best McDonald’s I’d drive here over Jennersville if I were you.

Intended for a quick stop on the ride home to grab a cold drink and hit the bathrooms. Saw that the mcdonalds had a play place, so it quickly became a much longer stop. Bathrooms were clean! Entire restaurant was clean, and I saw employees actively cleaning while we were there. Manager brought our food over to us in the play area, even though we placed it "to-go", so I didn't need to walk back over and leave my daughter or make her stop playing. Play space was clean and inviting. 5 stars all around!

McDonald's you sure are stingy about ice ?? how are you going to refuse a customer a large cup of ice... After they Spend money there & the kicker is the water your Ice maker is using is tap water ?? yet y'all wanna charge dahm near 3 dollar for a bag of tap water ice too ?? do better McDonald's not even wawa, Wendy's, jersey mikes , Arby's or dunkin charges you for any size cup ice... Y'all really are clowns ? now I see why y'all choose a clown as a mascot ?
