Very pleased with my order! They have a great selection, friendly service, and quick shipping! Couldn't be more pleased!

My son and I really liked this shop. It's very helpful and friendly, everyone is very knowledgeable and considerate. They carry a amazing amount of loose leaf tea and tea bags. It's worth the stop.

Great selection of teas for the serious tea drinker. And some fun flavors for the tea-curious. I avoid caffeine and am impressed by their selection of Riobos and fruit/herb teas. Handmade bagged and loose teas. The shop is also filled with charming gift items.

We had an exceptional experience at this charming shop yesterday. Staff (2 ladies) was helpful but not hovering and made several thoughtful suggestions. Loved the stock of reasonably priced handmade Chinese tea cups and non-tea items at the front window. The tea is delicious and we will be back or online for more. (Mrs Robinson’s Candy Store next door was a bonus!)

I'm guessing 100+ variety of teas. Their caffeine free Staycation is my favorite. Bring a mason jar and pay less than packaged product. Mrs Robinson also carries gifts, tea pots and a boatload of candles and sweets.

Store very nice. However I wanted to purchase loose teas and no one would make eye contact with me or even said hello to any of us and no one else was in the store and the three staff members were stuffing bags of loose teas. My friend was able to get someone attention to make a few purchases and was over charged on everything and was told they were all priced incorrectly. Needless to say we won’t be going back there. Can’t support local businesses if they don’t want the business!

We love this shop and tell others. We have 4 or 5 of the big tea assortment bags in our cabinet. I like the pick your own medley while my husban
d gets bags of the same flavor. We walk away with small gifts, funny items, candy, etc. also. We go pretty often as their teas also change seasonally.

Grateful this shop posted a hard-to-find item online! After a mix-up with the item, Doug called and made (more than) good. All in all, I give their service 5 stars! I look forward to visiting when I'm in the area.

They’re the absolute best. Delicious house-made blends and really reasonable prices! I love to go whenever I’m up visiting my sister, and finding out they had a website and you can order online means I can have their teas any time now and I don’t have to bulk buy everything on my trips! The marketspice is one of the best teas I’ve ever had!

Amazing selection

This is a terrible shop. I ordered online and they couldnt fullfill the order so they "refunded" me the missing items. Almost a month later no refund. I did contact the owner and there was no response. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and apparently they said due to their store policy they dont do refunds. This store is committing fraud. They arent refunding me for items that I never received and I am still out the money. I will be reporting this shop to the IC3 as well as local authorities.

This is what small business is all about. How nice to not shop on line and interact with the pleasant, helpful employees here. The shop is lovely inside and out. Large selection of teas and cute gifts as well as 2 samples of tea to try. Everytime I am in there I have a positive interaction with at least one other customer because it is their happy place too. Very nice candy shop attached next door too.
