Called and asked he they had the full size tied pretzels, they said yes and I came in. They only sell twists. Ever. Kids couldn’t even look up from their phone to have a convo.

Came to use coupons I got for the bakery being sold out. Now I’m here to use coupons and they are sold out again. Keep in mind, Christmas week 1pm. 15 minutes for 2 pretzel dogs

Have come here a couple of times and everytime the pepperoni melts were great. One time they were out but quickly made a fresh batch while I shopped. Great job guys!

The 2 things I got had to have been sitting there for hrs was so hard wouldn't even eat it or brake it with hands don't waste money not worth it

The boy working the ovens couldn't put down his phone while working. The cashier had no customer service experience. No greeting, no eye contact, it felt like I was bothering her. I asked for a nugget platter and she asked me for when. I said now and she said it would be 30 to 45 minute wait. I asked if the boy put down his phone would that speed up anything? She said they can't control the oven temperature then suggested I go to a different store in Ambler. No apologies, no smile...nothing. We were just visiting this area. Very poor experience.

Hard Pretzel😤

Purchased three pretzel sticks from this place. Got home and 2 out of the 3 were raw. Called the place and the kid barely seemed to care.
