We absolutely loved primo hoagies. Hands down they have the best seeded rolls ever. They were so fresh and delicious and they made our hoagie superb. We ordered a classic Italian with hot and sweet peppers on the side and a bag of chips because you can't have a hoagie without chips. Service was fast and efficient and the young lad that waited on us was super friendly and nice it was after lunch time so it was a little slow but we had a private table in the back and it was quiet just the way we like it. They have so many delicious sandwiches there we had a hard time choosing so we just went with the original. We have nothing but good things to say about primo hoagies. The prices are reasonable, they have hot and cold sandwiches, and they even cater. What a treat to eat here yesterday thank you primo hoagies for serving the Chester county community all these years. Please bring your friends and family out to this location and don't forget to order for your special events. They do take Apple pay and if you do not receive a receipt then your order is free. The restaurant was spotless and so were the bathrooms, Eva the landscaping was gorgeous. God bless you.

I ordered a large party tray with a variety of hoagies, meatball sandwiches, etc. I made a mistake on my order and they caught it, called me to clarify and fixed it so the proper cheese was on our meatball subs. The tray was fresh, the toppings and everything needed were included and the place was well kept and very clean. Definitely the best in the area!

We were take out customers. We used to go to a Primo's in Glen Mills about 9 or 10 years ago but it closed The sandwiches were wonderful there in Glen Mills. The Kennett Square sandwiches were not close to a match.Rolls were great but the eggplant was unrecognizable and there were about five slices of peppers in the whole sandwich and tons of finely chopped broccoli rabe and that's all you could taste. No olive oil taste at all.No condiments no flavor except for the broccoli rabe.

The staff was very friendly, but the hoagie itself was just okay. Lots of sesame seeds on the roll, which was very crunchy. Pretty expensive for a standard hoagie. You're better off going to a local sub shop and paying less for a better quality hoagie.

Catered a small event that I hosted - did a great job!
Just left Primo in Kennett square.. while I always have a wonderful experience, this the first time at the Kennett location. I have never had worse customer service in my life.. the African American was so rude the her fellow employees, I was horrified. No one deserves to be treated like trash. I will never step foot in that place ever again.

Got a cheesesteak with Cooper here. It was ok. Not the best, not the worst. The roll was really soft.

I would give them a five but the tuna hoagie left much to be desired. It consisted of a can of tuna dumped on a roll with lettuce and tomato. Very disappointing.

I love walking into a place and be regarded as family! Everyone there is so nice and after just a few visits they remember you. The place is clean, the service is amazing and the atmosphere is great. This is probably the closest thing to getting a hoagie in Philly.

Primo's is one of the premier hoagies shops in the area. I wrote another review for Jersey Mike's (a favorite) but I dream of a hot roast pork with broccoli rabe and sweet peppers. Honestly, all of their sandwiches are awesome - a taste of South Philly in Kennett Square. Their sides are really good to - cole slaw and more worth trying.
