Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

Ordered online 3x for family this summer. All 3 times what we received wasn't even close to what we ordered. Good thing none of us were allergic to peanuts. Last delivery, was even short by half of the order. I continued to chalk it up to busy hours or low staff. At this point, I will never order from this branch again.

Yum! Lemon blendini! Just went in (7/6/24) to get a lemon blendini and the guy behind the counter didn’t know how to make it so I said forget it. Weird and annoying. I’ll try the West Chester one next time I want one

The guy working this store was great! He had amazing service! Also the selection of custard flavors here was more than what I encountered at other locations.

We were visiting the area and staying in a hotel. We ordered Uber eats and it took 2 hours and then they dropped us saying Rita’s closes at 9pm. We called Rita’s and John answered. We explained the situation and he apologized and offered to bring us our order on his way home from work. He called my cell to announce his arrival and when we got downstairs he was waiting in the lobby with the biggest smile. John’s customer service is TOP NOTCH. Never fire him. From one custard lover to the next, he made out evening. Thank you, John!!

I walked in at 9:40pm. They close at 10:00. I asked the young man who was working if it would be rude for me to order after he had just mopped the floor and was about to close. He insisted that I come in and order whatever I needed. He even added on that he still had an order to make because he could tell I felt bad. People like this young man make the world a better place. This Rita’s has earned my business forever because of him.

They don't even fill up the custard all the way on a waffle cone.?Then the employee jamieson Trys to tell me that they have rule of 3 spiral on large and will charge me more for extra custard. But in past they have more given me more than 5-6 spiral on my waffle cone.

They can't make a rootbeer float. Stick with their regular custard.,

Fast friendly staff and great water ice.

Bought some concretes today and I left in a rush not paying attention and they were made completely wrong unfortunately. There was barely any custard in the cup and the center was hallow. I get one from this location very often and this is the first time I ever got it this poorly made

So sad they are closed for the season. This location always has a large selection of flavors. And the staff is always quick and friendly.
