We were visiting the area and staying in a hotel. We ordered Uber eats and it took 2 hours and then they dropped us saying Rita’s closes at 9pm. We called Rita’s and John answered. We explained the situation and he apologized and offered to bring us our order on his way home from work. He called my cell to announce his arrival and when we got downstairs he was waiting in the lobby with the biggest smile. John’s customer service is TOP NOTCH. Never fire him. From one custard...

I walked in at 9:40pm. They close at 10:00. I asked the young man who was working if it would be rude for me to order after he had just mopped the floor and was about to close. He insisted that I come in and order whatever I needed. He even added on that he still had an order to make because he could tell I felt bad. People like this young man make the world a better place. This Rita’s has earned my business forever because of him.
