The girl (I didn't get her name) who took my order today was very sweet and made my day just a little bit better! The staff here are always kind and friendly, and they always put top notch work into each drink. Although i live closer to the Jennersville location, I make the drive to Kennett, as unfortunately the jennersville location usually isnt consistent, and the employees can be kinda rude :(. If your stuck between both locations like me, choose Kennett's, they are AMAZING! Keep up the good work team❤️

I had assistance from a barista wearing an apron with the name "Delilah" printed on it. She gave me very good advice and assistance when I didn't know what I wanted to order. She deserves a raise (and I hope she gets one!) Not everyone is willing to be as patient and kind as she was.

It’s a fancy coffee and pastry shop with exotic coffee drinks. It’s not for everyone but definitely for the young millennials and Zoomers. Very good coffee concoctions.Kid-friendliness: Kids love Starbucks! It’s full of sugar.
I don't know what has happened here. It used to be a good Starbucks. I have had bad lattes the last few times I have been here. I buy flavored ones for a treat and the Chestnut Praline a couple of weeks ago and the pistachio I bought yesterday had weird tastes. The pistachio actually made me ill. It didn't even taste like pistachio, (I know because I had one two days ago that was fine). I don't know if it was the barista mixing it wrong or the ingredients. I shouldn't have drank it at all. I think I will not be going here any more.

This is a tiny Starbucks. The ambiance is fine, at least they don't blast their music like in some other Starbuckses that I won't mention. The coffee is burnt tasting of course.

Love the staff there! I hate the products. Incase with someone who wanted Starbucks, as I am every week. The staff is great. The basic coffee is awful. I'm sorry. Dunkin basic coffee is way

Hayden was really nice and the team working the shift at 3:15pm today (I didn’t catch all of their names but four people) were working really hard and fast during a rush.My app broke and that wasn’t anyone here’s fault. I had a feeling that was going to happen so I let the rest of the rush go in front of me. My card also broke. If this happens to happen to you, I recommend the tap at the beginning. It could have been the machine or my card but who knows. Again, no one’s fault.I keep seeing online advertisements for Halloween drinks and have trouble finding them in store. I couldn’t tell you if that’s a local issue or not but because it’s seasonal, I don’t think anyone’s going to care for it. Ah well.The take away is that the staff is nice, patient, and fast and the building space itself is kind of crowded.Wheelchair accessibility: Despite being an overall cramped building, a disabled table is provided towards the left of the entrance. I’m not in a wheelchair myself but there is a mark on the table to specify that’s its purpose.

Food was pretty good I liked the pesto turkey and cheese sandwich they gave me the drink was excellent but had a weird egg white flavor at the end. The service was nice and calm and gave me good suggestions. Overall 9/10

Ordering a coffee is effortless, however, ordering a hot sandwich was a 12 minute wait .... making 1 or 2 sandwiches at time is not great
