Food Poisoning. I ordered a chicken sandwich on Wednesday from the Drive-Thru and have had severe food poisoning since (it's now Sunday). I was almost hospitalized but luckily was able to hold in some fluids by Friday night. I'm still not over it (i'll spare you the gross details) but I know i will never eat Wendy's again.

Went there last night before closing time. The experience was not satisfying at all. While I understand being the last few customers before closing, It's frustrating and all however the team that cooked our meals they just threw in like 1 piece of tomato, 1 piece of lettuce and just threw it into a sandwich. The sandwich was all smooshed up and pressed on. They didn't give us sauces that we have put in our order. Waiting for it to come out took like good 10mins or more. Barely 0 customer service except the lady who was in charge of the drive-thru speaker. Overall not a pleasant experience.

Fast service & hot food...but if you're like me and want salt on your fries, you'll have to speak up. Otherwise, it's just like every other fast food joint...saltless fries. For this 2 stars.

Placed a mobile order and selected in store pickup at 8pm. The doors are locked and the manager is ignoring people coming to the door. If you close the lobby change your app so it doesn't offer in store pickup. Your website says you close at 12am.
