“last weekend I was a little frustrated for having to wait over an hour for my order, BUT The Dragon and Phoenix WAS WORTH the wait! DELICIOUS! This was my absolute favorite dish in Philly from "Pearl of the East" and it was SPOT on! I would wait forever for this dish! Also, General Tso's and the lo mein were amazing!
