I wanted to like this restaurant, their food is decent. But the service is awful. I walked in at 9:35 (turns out they close at 10) and asked if they were still open. The lady at the front stared and didn’t answer. I asked again and she said “We’re cleaning up” and seemed like she just wanted me to leave.Disappointing because I think it could be good. It just seems like they don’t care.

Chicken is overcooked! Too dry inside

Ordered the Chicken Sandwich and it tasted pretty good. Crispy and well seasoned. The tater tots were perfectly crunchy and didn't need to be salted.

I went here for lunch on a Friday. It was mostly empty. We ordered our food at the counter but there are kiosks as well. The drinks were unavailable, there was a small sign indicating that the bubble tea bar was closed for the season, which was disappointing but I also probably didn't need to spend even more money here. I ordered a chicken sandwich which came with sauce, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles... The sauces are all Asian so those veggies seem kind of random. I wish the pickled veggies were included in the sandwich choices. The chicken was tasty but I wasn't blown away by the sandwich. My friends and I got tator tots and cheese curds which were both really crispy and delicious! The onion rings were just ok. I wish those fried apps came with a dipping sauce, especially for the price, but they do have ketchup packets. With a $2 tip, I spent over $20 on a lunch I wasn't totally impressed with. The dining room was fine, the outdoor seating area directly next to it looked nice for when it's not winter. There was soft music playing and it was nice and bright inside.

I thought the food tasted good going down, but I actually got food poisoning from this place, along with my friends. STAY

This is the best korean fried chicken I've tried in the area. Much better than Bonchon.

Not great chicken was just ok due to being over cooked and dry and chewy. Employees were not good unfriendly and lazy. Bubble tea was pretty good, not close to Mr Wish bubble at the mall.

Was expecting something similar to Bonchon, but was sadly disappointed. The grilled chicken sandwich was very sad and glad. Just a slab of meat that looked like it was microwaved, was slightly pink and in between a flat sesame seed bun with your "sauce" of choice. The bubble tea was decent, though it tasted a bit watered down (I got the earl Grey flavor and base) My husband ordered the fried gyoza, which sadly was the best part of the meal. Which is really sad for a place that is about the chicken. It was pretty dead, and we ordered on the kiosk, which was pretty simple and sufficient. The decoration was a bit lacking and void of personality. The music choices were bops, and I was able to enjoy some K-pop songs while I enjoyed my meal. That is until the last 5 mins, the radio/audio started cutting out and dying. Overall, I would wanna come back again to see if the friend chicken is worth it. I also wish the food menu would expand to show more Korean dishes.

So glad there is a really good Korean fried chicken place in KOP! Chicken is always super crispy and equally as juicy! Taro milk tea is my favorite as

Today was our first time experiencing 360 chicken. The service was great! Adriana was an amazing help! She provided wonderful suggestions and was very friendly and welcoming. She also provided wonderful service. Ravi was very fun and engaging and helped me to see how the robot arm works to make some of the food. Overall the staff was great and the food was good too!

I have been there a few times before leaving this review. I have to say I feel disappointed. I love the concept of robots making the food, but it really comes at a cost of the food flavor. I can't really explain it, it's like the food is missing"soul". Still a nice food place ( won't call it fast food because it takes them a while to make your order).

We tried this place out on a Sunday afternoon. They have screens to order from inside. We ordered one 12-pc bone-in, and one 15-pc boneless for two people. We tried the Soy Garlic, Honey Garlic, and Sweet Chili sauces, ALL WERE AMAZING! We unfortunately made the mistake of not realizing you could “top” your chicken with sides and instead ordered a full side order of the deep fried gyozas and cheese curds. Suffice to say, it was pretty expensive, a total of $54 for two. We waited around 10 mins for the order, not bad at all. Overall, we thought EVERYTHING was amazing! The chicken was super juicy, tender and warm. The sauces were tasty. The sides were great, although I do wish (for the price!) they included some dipping sauces with the sides. The place was pretty empty, and clean. Service was good. We thought the package designs were clever! The tubs had a drip tray at the bottom so that oil drains and your food isn’t soggy. Overall would recommend and can’t wait to try again! Docking one star purely for price.
