I went here for lunch on a Friday. It was mostly empty. We ordered our food at the counter but there are kiosks as well. The drinks were unavailable, there was a small sign indicating that the bubble tea bar was closed for the season, which was disappointing but I also probably didn't need to spend even more money here. I ordered a chicken sandwich which came with sauce, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles... The sauces are all Asian so those veggies seem kind of random....read full review

Was expecting something similar to Bonchon, but was sadly disappointed. The grilled chicken sandwich was very sad and glad. Just a slab of meat that looked like it was microwaved, was slightly pink and in between a flat sesame seed bun with your "sauce" of choice. The bubble tea was decent, though it tasted a bit watered down (I got the earl Grey flavor and base) My husband ordered the fried gyoza, which sadly was the best part of the meal. Today was our first time experiencing 360 chicken. The service was great! Adriana was an amazing help! She provided wonderful suggestions and was very friendly and welcoming. She also provided wonderful service. Ravi was very fun and engaging and helped me to see how the robot arm works to make some of the food. Overall the staff was great and the food was good too!
