This is a rest stop and I stopped pacifically to get these pretzels. Every time I come into any auntie Ann’s, they never have anything made nothing ready to go. It is a rest stop and people are on the go and they would like to have their stuff to go in a hurry it’s called a fast food restaurant, it seems like employees really, don’t care

This place is NOT open until 6pm. This rest stop is on my way home from work and I’ve tried three times to stop and get a soft pretzel and they’re literally never open. The one time it appeared open, I waited in front of the cash register for almost five minutes and nobody came out to serve me. Ridiculous!!

We love auntie Anne's we always stop and get when we see one we came into this rest stop king of Prussia and walk up to the counter I see 2 containers of pretzel hotdogs nuggets 2 pretzel hotdogs and 3 cinnamon pretzel I typically like just salt so I got nothing my husband was waited on by a rude no eye contact miserable man black shirt and facial hair that was black just a few moments ago we paid 15.99 for a completely burnt cinnamon pretzel I see why they made them cinnamon sugar if I would've got in my car and continued on the road that wouldn't have been right and when I went up and showed him he gave me a refund never offered something else or asked if a refund would suit me he never Said a word he gave me a 5 dollar refund and I guess that was sufficient or he just didn't care

all they have is “nuggets “ they should just shut down until they can actually make more than just one item …i asked for two of the pepperoni pretzels they “said” they only have nuggets. after i chose to go to the Bk they started making pretzels. i guess they just don’t like truckers or they don’t like white peoplei told the manager about this problem and he called me a liar to my face

To the person in charge ——> Stop hiring the bad employees. They are just d*** and have bad attitudes. If you're hiring them, I'm thinking you're d*** and have a bad attitude as well.
