As someone who truly loves spicy food, I have to say this dish is a fantastic fusion that perfectly balances the iconic, slow-building intensity of authentic Buldak with a profile that’s been expertly calibrated to fit a wider American palate. The chicken is tender, and the rice cakes have that perfect chewy texture I love, with the cheese adding a nice creamy, cooling element that helps mellow out the heat just enough. It’s a super satisfying, comforting meal that hits that spicy craving just right!

If you are looking for a quick bite. This should definately be on your list. The food was great and in an area that you can spend as much as you wish, it is very reasonably priced. We were very happy with the portions, price, and quality of our food. The employees were also very pleasant and helpful. Enjoy.

Change your oil, your fried chicken is dark as hell, charging $4 for a bottle of Pepsi that is close to expiration is just unethical and wild.

Food took too long 35 plus minutes. Not ever coming back

Food took more than 30 min so half my food sat and got cold

Twice the serving size on delivery orders was quite small. For the price they charge they should (used to) fill them to the top of the container.

Bonchon’s food is honestly great. The chicken is crispy, flavorful, and always hits. But the service completely ruins it. I don’t know where the manager is, because there’s zero control over what’s going on. You’ve got three people up front all just standing there on their phones at the same time while customers are waiting. It makes no sense. The food keeps me coming back, but the experience is frustrating every time. IF I COULD GIVE THE SERVICE A ZERO I WOULD.

We've been to Bon Chon a few times and it always hits the spot! Even our picky eaters find something they enjoy on the menu! The staff is really friendly and helpful as well. We'll definitely be back soon to try more!

Definitely a great place to try! The chicken was perfectly cooked, tender and juicy. The portion size for the combo is what we got and its worth the money. Even got a little dessert donut!

scary scary place... for your mind and your stomach. was genuinely ill after eating here. saw them handing out samples and turned the other way. i advise you people to do the same

My family cannot leave KOP without stopping to get a bite at Bonchon, it is a staple in their experience and they never leave disappointed! Great food, never too salty or greasy! Service focused with quality ingredients. Always a special treat for us when we are visiting KOP!
