Love Bonchon’s fried rice, stir fry noodles and Korean fried chicken. My daughter loves the soy garlic wings- my favorite is Yang nyeom (sweet with a light kick) . We also ordering Catering trays for family events on Sundays.

Ordered 3 drumsticks. Overcooked. Stringy. After coming back from Korea, so disappointing. This is such a poor representation of the brand. Should be ashamed of themselves. At least they’re consistent…consistently bad.

The quality of food is NOT worth the price. I've been stationed at Korea and had many of these dishes...the Bulgogi is steakums quality at best and tastes just like it...20 bucks for about a spoons worth?! What a hack compared to the picture. Lacking flavor in takoyaki and mush! Shit portions and flavor. 5 meals over 120 bucks....I know it's mall food but damn! Disappointing when you look at the menu and see what you get. Save your cash.

I ordered two-5 piece chicken tender combos and they initially forgot a side, so I had to go back to get it. But the chicken was the driest piece of cardboard ever!!! It was like the tiniest sliver of chicken fried to death with zero batter on it. Do not come here; you’ll feel sick to your stomach trying to eat this “food.”

Avoid and go to anywhere else. I don’t know about service but common sense is not there. They had a customer waiting with a baby for over 30mins just to tell her they are out of wings and drumsticks. Only had 4 pieces ready out of 20pieces on the order. Why would you even put the 4 pieces in the fryer..? We ordered on a different day and both wings/drumsticks were extremely dry. Plain means no seasoning, no salt, just chicken deep fried in unseasoned batter. Any flavor only comes from a sauce of your choosing being brushed on. After overcooked fried chicken brushed with wet sauce the skin becomes chewy. We will never visit any bonchon locations again.

I love Bonchon. Over the years it's less chicken and more fried chicken skin your get when you buy the strips... Quality is way down.

The food is good but it takes FOREVER. I waited 30 mins for 3 items. Multiple people requested refunds or abandoned food

This is probably one of the better fried chicken wings in the area. They also have a wide selection of Korean dishes as well. Food took about 10 mins after order placed through the kiosk.

The wings were coated with soy garlic, but the meat was a bit bland. The tokbokki was okay. Overall, pretty decent experience.

Love Bonchon, let’s see how it is (See photos for menu).

Soy garlic wings 8/10
Spicy wings 7/10
Boneless wings 8/10
French fries 9/10
Rice (not steamed well, too grainy) like par boiled rice 6/10
Raspberry ice tea (warm with no ice or cups) 2/10
Staff 9/10

They just need a cooler and or ice maker so customers can have nice cold drinks.

ZERO STARS!! I cant post a picture because I never got my food! After waiting 30mins for a “20 minute wait” I went to the counter to see what was going ono I gave them my order # and guy packing asked the cashier and they both went to look at the tickets one came back and told me it was going to be another 20 minute wait when I asked why he didn’t answer me and another man came from the back to tell me that my food had spilled inside the bag when they were packing it and they threw it out and that the kitchen staff didn’t let him know they didn’t have wings at the moment but not one employee called out my # to let me know what happened to my order the employee proceeded to tell me that I can wait the 20mins for my wings or he can give whatever chicken they had ready that there was nothing that he can do , I said no I wanted my $$ and they should comp my food for their mistake he said he couldn’t do that I told him you literally just threw my order in the garbage because it spilled that’s wasted food and When I asked for the manager he went to the back, I saw him asking another man in the back who started shaking his head “no” when he came out he said the manager didn’t want to deal with the issue and I asked if he was the asst manager and he said yes.. needless to say I got a refund and my family didn’t get their food I spent my $52 elsewhere this is so unprofessional how do you mess up and can’t face the customer smh so disappointing I’ve been to your locations in NJ multiple times and I have NEVER had any issues!! Guessing with the reviews with this location I didn’t miss out!

You'd look at the large crowd of people continuously standing around the place and think the food must be really good. In reality, it's so crowded because of the absurd level of systematic disorganization going on behind the counter. The food itself isn't really great at all... it's dry and salty as hell. I think people pretend it's amazing because it's Korean. It's all pretense.

Rough experience tonight. Barely sauced wings, borderline burnt katsu and dry. Way different from when they first opened.

Nickel and diming paying customers $1.05 for a tiny cup of ranch after spending money on meals is just embarrassing. Mediocre food and terrible franchise owners.
