“First time at Gaucho’s, the service is excellent, a family atmosphere, very good quality food and an exquisite salad bar. The employees are very well oriented in terms of customer service, free parking, I recommend it 100%, I have been to Chima, Fogo de Chao and Texas de Brazil, and none of them are better than this one.“
“My wife and I went here for our wedding anniversary. We had restaurant vouchers since Christmas and we both made an excellent decision eating at this establishment. King of Prussia so it's in a nice complex of other restaurants and various brick and mortar retailers. We went around 17:00 and it wasn't very crowded when we were seated but it briskly picked up. The food is great. I had steak, steak wrapped in bacon, top sirloin, chicken wrapped in bacon, pork coated Parmesan, and finally Lamb. All brought to your table via a waiter handling meat cooked on a spit. We also went to the buffet. I would say eat your meat (or you don't get any pudding, how can you get any pudding if don't eat your meat. Couldn't resist a once huge Pink Floyd fan lyric.) then venture to the buffet. No matter how you do it all worth it. The wait staff are very attentive and very active. I was facing the kitchen and how those waiter/waitresses don't collide when exiting and entering the kitchen through a swinging door is beyond me. Your going to spend over a $100 to do it right. The only thing I didn't like when leaving is that there is not a lot of room for customers waiting to be seated have much room to wait at the front of the restaurant. This also hampered by the all world dooming urban millennial that will righteously stand blocking the door but wasn't taught manners or how to hold a door for someone to help the bottleneck lessen that is being exacerbated by standing there head down phone zombie mode making it impossible for people to escape the restaurant without making contact with said belligerent douche bag. Fix the front of the restaurant and place is great. Will go back only with my millennial repellent. Who am I kidding going back no matter what the hastle. Good eats, Great Staff, a even better night out without the kids.“
