Exceptional experience today! Was sat right away. Grace was my server. She introduced herself with a smile and was friendly and attentive. The hostess which may have been the manager as well was hands-on, helping to make sure food was brought to the table and that my server was attending to my table. Food was good, soup was a good temp, salad was fresh. I have been here previously, years ago and I have to say this was the best experience I have ever had. Also, I was dining solo and I felt very welcomed. It’s rare to find this type of service especially at a chain establishment. I will be back soon. Thank you for making my experience 100%.

We had an incredible dining experience at California Pizza Kitchen! Everything we ordered was remarkably fresh and absolutely delicious.
To start, I tried the Strawberry Mango Mocktail, and it was so refreshing and flavorful that I couldn't resist ordering a second one! The White Corn Guacamole was exceptionally fresh, vibrant, and delicious.
For the main course, I had the Classic Caesar Salad with Grilled Chicken. The chicken was grilled to absolute perfection, and the freshly shaved Parmesan cheese on top tasted so authentic and high-quality.
We finished the meal with the Upside-Down Cheesecake, and it was the perfect finale. It wasn’t overly sweet, the fresh fruit on top was incredibly flavorful, and the crust was absolutely to die for!
The restaurant really knocked it out of the park with the freshness of their ingredients. I will definitely be back!

I came in tonight and notice a hige difference in the restaurant which now makes sense knowing Sammi is back and now the GM. For great service, see Grace and Donny.. They do a great job. Good people there and always make me feel special and never wait for a seat. Good with allergies!

the one at king of prussia is dirty the dirtiest restaurant ever mice and roaches be everywhere and them drain gnats and stank bathroom the place is nasty ask the employees that work there should be closed down that GM Sandy was no good either

The prices here are OUTRAGEOUS! I got a side order of shrimp they're so over cooked they were like little, hard rubber balls! The lasagna was burnt and dry and for $20 for ONE SERVING there's almost NO FOOD

Walked, got seated , waited for 15 minutes no response, no waiter, no one even bothered to say hi and take order. Restaurant is almost empty with 15 + servers and people working . Only 3-7 tables were occupied

Great service and atmosphere but the food was very bland. California's club was bland with browning avocado. The pepperoni pizza could have been a frozen pizza based upon the flavor. My 1st time here, it was just barely ok. Service was a pleasure.

Our experience was great! Our server was very attentive and went above and beyond!!! Everything we ordered was really good....... I'm a big fan of California Pizza kitchen. I always went to the one in New York off of Lexington avenue so I really can't complain.
