California Pizza Kitchen at King of Prussia

Food was very good. Server didn't really understand the menu which likely wasn't his fault. I'm guessing he was new and not trained properly. He was very friendly though. We ordered 3 full sandwiches for lunch. He told us that the full sandwich comes with free soup or salad at the same price. We said ok . What we got was the lunch special of half a sandwich with soup or salad. Not really what we wanted but also didn't want to start all over.

Polite service but very very slow. The place was almost empty apart from three tables and it took over 40 minutes to get two small pizzas. I asked for the check and togo boxes before the food arrived because I wanted to eat and get out of there. The pizza was ok, but it's definitely not worth the price. It was a step above Digorno

Food is always good, service is great and wait times are minimal. We showed up with a party of 9 and waited about 15 minutes for tables near each other to clear to be able to be seated together. Another restaurant nearby specializing in cheese based bakery desserts gave us a 90 minute wait estimate. We had finished dinner and dessert at CPK when I was alerted our table was finally ready.

The place was pretty empty today, waiter kept forgetting our orders, manager came out to ask if we needed drinks but we still never got it, food came out cold, no apology just should we reheat it?empty dishes and menus never taken away. You’re on your own for refills guys and girls. Bonus points for the manager passive aggressively cleaning around our table without asking about our experience… in an empty restaurant! He really leans into the IDGAF vibe so kudos for at least going all out. Word of caution, the waiter uses the same gloves to handle food and touch everything else in the restaurant. I hope he knows there’s no invisible anti germ force field for his disposable gloves . Service has gone downhill, don’t believe me? Roll the dice and pay 40 bucks for 2 small pizzas. Sky was beautiful outside tonight tho which made up for it all lol

I think the food is good, but the waiter took a long time to bring it to us, almost 45 minutes, it was already cold and spoiled, they did not serve us well, they told us they were going to bring us bread as a starter and they never brought us the drinks, they took a long time, the service was very bad, the truth is that it is very bad service. I would never recommend California pizza to any friend.

This pizza place is always a delight for dinner or lunch. Their cauliflower bites are a must-try staple. They also have great non-alcoholic drink options, especially the Cucumber Spritz. The staff is helpful, and overall, it’s a great dining experience.

I love California pizza kitchen. But this one in particularly was weird. Great food as always. Our server was stand off ish. Kept having his hands in his pockets. He asked if we wanted bread. We said yes. I watched as he back in the kitchen with his unwashed hands and touched the entire loaf of bread and cut it. I was disgusted. Embarrassing and unfortunate.

Just finished dinner here. We sat there as everyone that came in after us was served their orders. All we ordered was one pizza and 3 salads. We had been there for an hour at this point. Our server, Justin, was absolutely amazing being brand new but his manager was an absolute nightmare. She blamed everyone for the issues instead of taking accountability. She yelled at our server after we asked her to come to the table to talk, which was EXTREMELY unacceptable. He was doing everything right and to the best of his ability as a NEW employee basically serving every table in the place. If you’re struggling to keep folks maybe look at your management, that’s usually the issue. Managers should lead and take accountability at all levels, not sit there and blame staff.

We waited 45 minutes for our food when there were maybe 10 tables in the restaurant. Our drinks were incorrect after she even came back and asked a second time for us to repeat them. The younger servers were standing around laughing and socializing and a few were even touching their face or hair in-between touching food/beverages. It's sad because we have come several times and there is an older gentleman who is an amazing server.

We were looking for a quick pizza bite late in the area. They were open until 10 pm, so we stopped by. It’s supposed to be a cozy place, but it was quite dirty, and the staff were running around, making it feel more like an office than a café.

The pizza was quite good, though.
