California Tortilla

Ridiculous, biased behavior towards curomer. Food is good, but such a worst behavior from the owner or manager. There is a section for sauce open to customers and when I went take the sauce he was doubting on me, that it is only for california tortila customer. So, who are not ? What does that mean by. I showed my transaction receipt and proof then he was convinced. So if you can’t offer something to customers why do you display it.
I pulled my history and I see I bought this on 7th april, 24 april and today. So his kind of action dosent make any sense. By the way he is indian and i’m and indian too. Thanks

The food was tasty and the staff went above and beyond to help me with my high chair and stroller. I saw him do the same for another family. He found a bigger high chair when a smaller highchair was uncomfortable for their child. That’s amazing service. California Tortilla also has its own designated seating area separated from the rest of the food court.

I got the crunchy bbq ranch burrito, chips and guacamole along with a soda. I was originally getting it Togo but then I saw the wall of hot sauces and parked it. The burrito was delicious and the only complaint to mention was the burrito didn’t close and the wrap had holes which made eating it a challenge and probably entertaining for those around me. I’d recommend asking for a bowl in case your situation is similar. I really enjoyed the guacamole! Some of the chips were stale but I was hungry and couldn’t be derailed from my goal of feasting. Overall, I’d eat here again and recommend it to others.

Very good food. I got the California screamin taco which had flavorful blackened chicken. The sauce was also very good. There was a guy at the entrance who was very helpful in general.

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at California Tortilla was so awful that I feel obligated to warn others.

Shortly after eating here, I became extremely sick. I can’t say with certainty what caused it, but this was the only place I ate that day, and the timing was impossible to ignore. I spent the next hours dealing with symptoms no one should have to endure after a meal they paid good money for.

Beyond that, the food itself was already a red flag: Poorly prepared, questionable freshness, and nowhere near the quality you’d expect from a restaurant serving the public. Cleanliness and food safety clearly do not seem to be priorities here.

Eating out should never be a gamble with your health. Unfortunately, that’s exactly what this place felt like. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this restaurant and take their business somewhere that actually cares about food handling and customer safety.

I will never be returning.

i use to cal tort even though the staff had attitudes but now on top of that the prices went up and the quality went down…no thank you.
