Capital one banking is horrible, doesnt even let me load money onto my venmo like my TD bank card did smh definitely switching

Nothing else was open in the mall food wise when we got there at 10 AM. So figured I’d stop in and get breakfast and coffee. Was told they had absolutely no food as their oven was broken-not even bagels!!. Not sure how that happens! So I just got a cup of coffee to hold me over which for a 12 ounce coffee was priced at $4.75-which of course was not on the menu board or I wouldn’t have paid that much! 😬
That is absurdly overpriced!! and the coffee was not good at all-it’s supposed to be a special blend for capital one café as well it sucks! Could barely drink it!! overall this was my first and last visit to any capital one café. Very disappointing and extremely overpriced! Supposedly you get half off of your capital one card holder but they shouldn’t gouge everyone else to pay for that benefit!!!

I came into this Cafe for help with a credit card account. Despite there being no one there who worked with credit card accounts, the employee who assisted me, Emma, was incredibly helpful. She tried very hard to help me resolve my issue, helped me call customer service, tried to talk to them for me, helped me file a complaint, and even made some very helpful suggestions regarding the matter. I feel as though she went above and beyond to help me, even when she didn't have to. I would absolutely come back again.

Half price drinks all day. Every day.
If I knew this chai would be so good I would have gotten the bigger size. I said that last time and again this time. The chai is absolutely the perfect amount of spice and not super sweet.
Always a friendly welcome and sometimes even a free gift! From seeds to water bottles to tote bags we on occasion have scored some well curated merch.
The flavor and vibe + price can’t be matched at the mall. Don’t sleep on capital one cafe especially if you’ve got a capital one or discover card for that 50% discount.

My fiancé and I visited this location from 11am - 3pm on April 10, 2026. The staff here do not greet or welcome black guests when they enter the shop nor do they acknowledge our departure. They did not check on us during our visit either. There were several other black customers that entered that we watched them also not greet. We’ve been to Capital One Cafés across the country and are also cardmembers and have never experienced this type of discrimination from the café ambassadors before as they have all been top tier until we visited this one. Maybe the standard set here at this location is different but management needs to check this. We will not be returning to this location.

Do not go here if you need any banking stuff handled, they do not know what the hell they are doing and are extremely untrained. Basically got screwed on being able to withdraw my cash or use my debit card for 2 days because of the employees incompetence, stay away.

The banking staff was atrocious. Rude, uninformed and helpless. The cafe staff was wonderful. Coffe was not enjoyable. I RECIEVED absolutely no help with my account questions. The women was completely bothered by my exsistance and any question about accounts. I brought my friend in to make a $30,000 new account and we left with our opening one. Won't bother going back. Business lost!

Confusing, told us that Cap1 discount doesn't apply to smoothies and they couldn't cancel it as well as they already started prepping it.

This was my first visit to the Capital One Cafe, and I was truly impressed by the friendly staff who kindly introduced the cafe's facilities to me. The space is quite spacious, featuring an open landscape design with modern decor. I would love to see a branch open at Cherry Hill Mall in the future.

This place deserves a lot of recognition. The coffee is honestly some of the best in the area, and the staff are always consistently so great. Whether they are working on the bank side or cafe, they’re always a pleasure. A particular shout out to Andy who took care of an issue of a food item being out of stock so professionally and kindly!

7:48 12/16/25 the short Hispanic lady rolled her eyes at me because I asked for water , the guy in front of me asked for three cups of water and wasn’t met with an attitude , I through the cafe is for members didn’t know it was a rule to purchase
