Capital One Café

The food and beverages were fresh and delicious…definitely better than your typical café offerings. The space was clean, inviting, and made for a comfortable environment to relax or get work done.

What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality from Ty. She was incredibly helpful with my banking needs, patient, and made sure I understood everything clearly. It’s always refreshing to interact with someone who genuinely cares about customer service and goes the extra mile…Ty truly made a positive impression! I’d absolutely recommend this café… especially if you get the chance to work with Ty!

I came into the Capital One Café in King of Prussia genuinely excited to learn more about the Venture X card, but unfortunately, I left feeling extremely disappointed and disrespected. When I asked Kelly for information about the card, her tone was condescending and judgmental, as if my questions were a burden or like I didn’t deserve the card because I dint travel often. I was just trying to understand the benefits and details, but the way she explained things made me feel small and unintelligent, which should never happen in a place like the cafe. What made the experience even worse was that my friend, who was still in the café after I left, overheard Kelly talking negatively about me to another team member. That level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable. I came in for support and left feeling embarrassed and talked about.
I’ve always appreciated Capital One’s welcoming vibe, but this visit really has completely changed my mind about this place!!! I won’t be returning to this café and hope leadership addresses this kind of behavior…customers deserve better!!!!!!!

The coffee is good for the price when you pay with capital one or discover card. Their red velvet cupcakes are really really good. The baristas Vicky and ryan are amazing people. I loved the ambiance and also they are great with banking needs too.

I’m only putting this review to indicate that the location is shown by Google maps is not accurate. It used to be, but for some reason they changed it and it is now inaccurate. It’s in the mall, but the location pin used to actually show you where in the mall rather than this spot which is actually the edge of the parking lot near the road.

Clean, big, many seats to relax and recharge during tiring shopping. Drinks are kinda expensive if not having capital cards. You can eat your food with kids

I’ve had capital one for some time now but going to the cafe was due to needing the ATM service. The staff was amazing I called due to not being able to find the location in the mall and Nesh helped me get there. Alex assisted me with using the atm and the rest of the staff were all so kind. Thank you.

The coffee here is amazing. I don't live nearby but I'd definitely stop every time I pass by, now that I know how good it is and I'm not even a big coffee person! The banking ambassador that assisted me was so helpful and friendly. I'm glad to be a customer here.

Had latte n Avacado toast. The coffee was good. Ambience is good and you can bring your laptop and work. Staff was welcoming and warm. Definitely coming back .
