Capital One Café

I got the honey lavender latte. And it was so good. I normally don’t get drinks like that I’m normally a plain latte girly but here I am. Also I got half off because I have capital one and that was really great.
Everthing is really clean. There is so much seating and nice comfy chairs and people who help you if you need banking help.
It did take a little long for my latte to be done so probably need an extra worker. Everything else was great.
My friend got the blueberry drink and that was good too

The Matcha here is SO good and very good quality. Expensive but 50% off with Capital One card. Very nice lounge area to relax or take a work break during a day of shopping

Understaffed. Drink felt rush and milk was burned. Didn’t get a barista coffee, got a cafeteria coffee.
Update: my wife convinced me to request another one. The young man had an attitude about it even though I was very polite and felt bad saying something about it. They made me another one which was still burnt. :/
The center city location always make a great one.

I recently visited the Capital One Café in King of Prussia and had an outstanding experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a friendly atmosphere. The staff was incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to make me comfortable.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist working remotely, the Capital One Café has become an incredible hub for both productivity and networking. The space provides ample room to spread out, conduct business, and connect with others in a professional yet welcoming environment. Kelly and her team, including Alex and Melissa, truly set the tone for this fantastic experience. Over the past few months, I’ve become somewhat of a regular, and they’ve consistently gone above and beyond to make every visit enjoyable. Their friendly, kind, and welcoming demeanor creates a sense of community that’s hard to find elsewhere.

I had the pleasure of interacting with Marchaun at the Capital One Café many times, and I can’t say enough great things about him. He is incredibly personable, customer-friendly, and down-to-earth. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel welcome and valued, going above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. His genuine approach and positive attitude are a true reflection of exceptional customer service. Capital One is very lucky to have someone like him on their team. I keep coming back to the cafe not just because of their amazing coffee, but because of Marchaun and his incredible team such as Dai and Alex. Other places should take note—this is what customer service should be!

The coffee was mediocre at best. Not to mention that it was cold. The waitress knew that because when I complained offered to give us a new one. It was just a horrible experience. These people are like the Starbucks snobs in life. Very disappointed I'll never be back. I also did not get a Java jacket with my first order

Customer service here is always great. It's always worth a trip to come in and ask for banking help. They're always nicer here compared to the customer service on the phone. The discounted drinks are an added bonus

Just tried to pay my credit card.In one of the machines at the store. You insert your card and the machine does not tell you what your amount due is. Makes no sense to me. Don't have time for smoke and mirrors. It's obvious they just want to sell cookies and coffee.

I ordered an espresso at the counter. Didn't add a tip while paying with my card.
The emplyee punished me by letting me wait for a long time, and didn't call my name when it was ready. Terrible
service.
It is too expensive without the tip, and I didn't get any serice. Why did she expect a tip? It is her job to prepare the espresso. Nothing special.
BTW the espresso was very bad. The worst I had in years.

Nice place, nothing exceptional. Good thing it is in a bank, so you can take out a loan for breakfast. $30+ for 2 mediocre sandwiches and warm coffee.

We met with the Capital One Ambassador Kai. She was very patient and knowledgeable as she helped me open a joint account with my elderly brother. We never felt rushed during the 2 hours she helped us. Kai should get a bonus for her service!
