“We have used Chef Joe and Wild Blue Catering for all three of our high school graduation parties. Chef Joe was easy to work with, accommodating to our requests and presentation was always top notch. Each party was unique. The food was excellent, to say the least. Everyone was complimentary and amazed how unique and creative the food was, considering our large number of guests. He took care of everything including bartending, service, clean-up and menu ideas.

On a smaller scale, we had used them for a Christmas party at our home which also showed just how prized his culinary skills are! Highly recommend for any event, large or small. He and his professional team will make sure everything is perfect and the night is unforgettable!“

“Amazing meal. It's been 2 years since our last visit and I feel the food has gotten better. We live in Radnor and Blackfish is only 14min away which is great. Parking was easy. We found a spot on the st on the same block. We did the 5 course tasting menu and it was wonderful. My wife and I both thought the duck was best we've ever had. So tender with just the right amount of crisp on the outside. The portion were great too. I'm a big eater and I was full after the 5 course chefs tasting menu. My wife had to bring some duck home. I can only imagine what the 7 course works be like. It was our anniversary and we had the best meal possible. Service was friendly without being intrusive. This was probably our 5 or 6 time going. Strong 5 star experience.“

“Sakeena prepared the food for my daughter’s first birthday party on September 8. Sakeena was extremely flexible with the menu and accommodating to dietary restrictions (for a gluten free guest). She was very responsive to all of my questions leading up to the event. I chose a brunch menu and was delighted by all of the wonderful options in comparison to local restaurants (there is no comparison!). It was exactly what I was looking for. My guests and I were amazed by the quality of food; it exceeded all expectations! The presentation of the fruit salad was like nothing I’ve ever seen. “Beautiful venue. Seriously, the pics dont do it justice. You must visit to see in person. It is an amazing space in a great location with a nice, courteous staff. There is only one reason and one reason only, I cannot give it a full 5 stars; and it is because my husband and I were not told prior that TWO OTHER EVENTS were booked and would be hosted the SAME DAY as our wedding. Although, I understand business is business, it would have been nice to have been given notice and the courtesy of being informed, as we would have been able to properly notify our own vendors (DJ, videographer) on how to proceed and work.

A photographer from one of the other events rudely interrupted our photographer literally while she was in the middle of filming just to give her pointers on how to tell us to pose. This made her very uncomfortable. I do not blame the host for this happening. But with multiple events being had at once it created an atmosphere for this uncomfortable exchange to take place. This individual should have never been able to just walk up and do this!

Also, with the venue hosting multiple events at once, it appeared to overwhelm the host a great deal. It was written all over her face and at times she seemed a bit flustered. She did apologize to us at the end of our reception and all was good. Overall, I still recommend. Just make sure to ask if other events will be hosted the same day as your event so you are not suprised like we were. Our wedding was still very beautiful. The decor was outstanding. Our videographer captured great moments, especially during the evening at sundown with the lights. Our guests had an amazing time!“

“Last weekend Sage helped us host our wedding! We had a fairly large crowd of 135 people and we did family style catering. Cortney at Sage was our coordinator and she was absolutely amazing! She helped us create a menu that is tailored to us and when it came to setup, she nailed it from my vision. Cortney and the rest of the Sage crew worked with my venue (The Farm and Bakery) and made my vision come to life all around. Now the food! The food was absolutely DELICIOUS!!! We chose 2 meats, chicken and filet mignon and wow, all of the comments about the food was unreal! I’ve been to several weddings and I must say personally the best “wedding” food I’ve ever tasted as well. With family style you can serve yourself how ever much or little as you want. “If you’re craving a Sandwich there really is no better option. I asked for a the Turkey wrap on their ciabatta (I know, I’m difficult), they were so kind and allowed the alteration. As well, had to run to the hospital so they were able to pivot and make it a To-Go, on the spot. But to top it off the actual sandwich was the pièce de résistance, the tomato and the turkey were just so fresh and delicious. Will be coming back all day for the read only priced (Main Line) grub.“

“When we first toured Pomme, we knew there was something really special about it. We had looked at a few other venues in the area, but the space and property were so unique. A little botanical oasis! We initially worked with Dana to book, and then with Grace, our event coordinator. They were both super easy to work with and made the process go very smoothly.

On the big day, everything went according to plan! The food was excellent and the poke bar was a hit! The staff made us feel well taken care of. They made the day and evening incredibly enjoyable. We had such a magical time, and our family and friends are still raving about it!

“Daniel Israel catered our Friday night Shabbat dinner; it was outstanding. 100% Glatt Kosher. We chose a vegan , Israeli style dinner, as many guests were vegan or vegetarian, plus it was June, and very hot outside. What a fabulous, tasty, fresh, and colorful meal. Daniel was a pleasure to work with, and always communicated immediately to all of our million requests. His staff were professional, timely, and all smiles. The set up was tasteful with flowers, some greenery, and no fuss details. I cannot recommend Daniel more highly; he made our simcha complete and worry free. We also had a lot of left-overs, which we divided between our children, and ate heartily for a week!!
Standouts: Gazpacho, home made chummus, moist falafel, wild rice with mushrooms, tabouli with pomegranate (and other lovely things!), apple cobbler.

“I picked up my order at catering and SARAH served me. She was pleasant, friendly and very helpful. It was raining. In my rush to put the bags in my car, I forgot my phone in the cart. I only realized it hours later. Panicked, I went back to customer service and it was not there.
I decided to go back to Sarah since she had been so nice to me earlier. Sarah remembered my name immediately and took matters in hand right away. In minutes, she called the helping hands and signaled the lost object. Later on, I was called and ANDREA from customer service gave me the phone back.
