They forgot my food some teen took my order and they never gave me my food waited about 20 mins and still nothing had to tell them and they said they lost my order

Been coming to this location for a while now, and am always blown away by the service and the quality of the food. But today, I encountered a young man named Evan, who went so far above and beyond the expectation of customer service that I had to leave a comment here. Incredibly kind and helpful in describing new menu items, Evan had a smile on his face the entire time and was on top of his stuff! Way to go Evan, and THANK YOU!

I had a very disappointing experience at Chick-fil-A. In this location.The taste of the sandwich was different than usual, and the service was unprofessional. I waited 10 minutes for cheese sauce, only to be told they didn’t have any. Then, I had to wait another 5 minutes to get a refund. There was no manager present—just a group of high school kids running the place, and they lacked professionalism. This is not the standard I expect from Chick-fil-
