I had a very disappointing experience at Chick-fil-A. In this location.The taste of the sandwich was different than usual, and the service was unprofessional. I waited 10 minutes for cheese sauce, only to be told they didn’t have any. Then, I had to wait another 5 minutes to get a refund. There was no manager present—just a group of high school kids running the place, and they lacked professionalism. This is not the standard I expect from Chick-fil-

Worst ever. I have been a customer for decades. Was refused drive thru service. Accused of cursing at the order takers. I did no such thing. Manager was outside lurking between cars. He demanded I get out of the line. What I say in my car is my business. I never would curse at staff. Rude. I’m gonna keep blasting this. This manager is gonna offend the wrong customer one day.

"I am deeply disappointed by my recent experience at this Chick-fil-A location. During what should have been a quick and simple order pickup, I was subjected to an unprovoked and unprofessional comment by the manager, who insulted my attire by saying I was 'wearing napkins.' Such behavior is entirely unacceptable, especially coming from a brand that prides itself on respect and customer service. This is how many fries you’ll get in a large… they piled all the sauces I ordered inside/on top of the fries (which is a little gross because I know those sauces containers aren’t always kept somewhere clean.) Mostly just annoyed that you don’t actually get all that you pay for. This has happened to me here on more than 1 occasion. I’ve also had multiple mishaps with getting regular instead of grilled. Food tastes good, the employees are friendly but standards here are lacking.

Nasir is by faaaar the worst person in the drive thru area never has my name right even though I spell it out specifically everytime , rushes me as I’m getting my order and never repeats order back have to physically ask him everytime not a good look !!
