Very bad staff, the guy at the counter, kept laughing unreasonably at my friend.

I mean, the customer service sucks for this one reason.

Please hire guys who can at-least greet people with proper manners.

This location is on their game! Cleanest, most organized Chipotle I’ve ever visited. Employees were attentive and efficient, and my burrito was the most fresh and delicious I can remember having at any Chipotle. Tables, restrooms, and line/back kitchen area were all super clean. Very impressed after typically being pretty disappointed by other Chipotle locations.

Line of 12 people and 1 guy filling orders. Proceeded to ask the gentleman if he had help and he ignored me, which prompted me to leave this review. I didn't get anything to eat because it was a turn off.

My little sister had brown guac on her bowl and she told the server and she didn’t talk to her and went back without saying anything. They refused to make her a new bowl and she had to ask again. The manager came out and said “what” as her first response.

As in ex manager of Chipotle I'm usually disappointed and most Chipotles in the Philadelphia metro area you just don't get good service but today Chris r supplied me with excellent service and his station was clean and tight if I was still working at Chipotle I would steal that dude away in a minute shout out to Jessica for having a good eye for talent he definitely needs to be promoted unless he has a whole bunch of other problems that I'm not privy to :-)

I wish I had looked at the reviews before I picked up from here. Chipotle is usually a solid go to. Here, the chips were mixed stale and fresh. My toddlers tortillas were hard, I’ve never experienced such a thing. His chicken was was dry and burnt, well beyond charred. I’m glad this isn’t my local Chipotle.
