They need to replace the cashier. She's a person who demeans service animals, her service is terrible, they should send her to the kitchen where she doesn't have to deal with the public! A service dog, not bothering anyone, asked me to wait outside on the street for a takeout order! Before sending a dog outside, she should politely ask if it's a service dog and not make the person wait outside.

Food was really delicious. We ordered Paneer wrap and Choolah bowl and both were good in taste and quantity.

I’ve been coming to Choolaah for years, but the quality has dropped drastically. Hard to believe this is the same place it used to be. The naan was dry and tasteless, the chicken had a bad smell, and the food overall felt far from fresh. In the name of Indian food, they’re serving something that barely qualifies.

The service was just as disappointing. The lady at the counter acted irritated when I asked for sauce, and the dining area was filthy. Tables covered with leftover food and no one around to clean them.

Great food, a little bit pricey and the portions are small.

Choolaah in King of Prussia is a great spot if you’re craving flavorful Indian food in a quick, casual setup. The place has a clean, modern design with open kitchen views where you can actually see the tandoors firing up—pretty cool touch. The menu offers a nice variety of bowls, wraps, and combos, so it’s easy to mix and match proteins, sauces, and sides. The chicken and paneer options are tender and full of spice, and the chutneys really tie everything together.

Service here is fast and friendly, and the staff keeps the place spotless, even during busy hours. There’s both indoor and patio seating, and the vibe stays lively but comfortable. Prices feel fair for the quality and portion sizes, especially considering how consistent the food is. It’s a great choice whether you’re grabbing a quick bite, meeting friends, or trying something fresh and flavorful beyond the usual mall food scene. Definitely worth adding to your rotation.

Great food at a decent price! Loving spicy food, this place hit the mark with the spicy chicken and hot sauce add-ins. Great place for an inexpensive, filling, flavorful meal.

The food was tasty and overall good, but the portions felt small for the price — it’s definitely on the higher side considering the quantity. The atmosphere feels more like a fast-food setup, but the service is slower than what you’d expect at one. To improve, they’ll need to either speed up the service or elevate the dining experience.

⭐ “Disappointing and Far from Authentic”
I had high hopes for this place, but the food sadly fell flat. It felt more like airplane food served on the ground—overly processed, lacking freshness, and stripped of the rich spices and depth that make Indian cuisine so special. The dishes seemed heavily westernized, losing the soul of traditional recipes. Unfortunately, the flavors were bland and forgettable. I hope the restaurant can revisit its approach and bring back the true taste of India.

This place has the best food, the pav bhaji is the best I've ever had and they wraps are also great! Robyn was the best!! I felt like she was a one man show running that place with a big smile on her face even when it got a crazy rush of people! She made our day today!
