A presentable Cinnabon location with polite customer service. A convenient and stop to make if you need to re-energize while strolling through the mall. Be warned, though, you will more than offset the calories you burned off walking. Cinnabon lives up to its reputation of indulgence, this is a calorie circus.

I recently visited the Cinnabon in King of Prussia, and it was a memorable experience—for all the wrong reasons. We arrived 30 minutes before closing, eager to treat my mother-in-law who flew in from out of state. Instead of warm cinnamon rolls, we got a frosty reception from an unhelpful young teenager who told us they were sold out and closed. Meanwhile, we could see them stuffing leftover rolls into bags in the background. Despite filing a complaint with corporate, we received no response. What happened to good old-fashioned customer service? Stay away—I’ll never give them my money again!

Today June 5 2024 @12:00 noon , i went there for buying a regular Cinnabon No frosting at all g on Cinnabon very rude Cheap chinese asian saleslady refused to add frost. Dirty behaviour Asian lady Qing li How a big company like Cinnabon hire cheap dirty people. Will not buy again from Cinnabon. Hope the regional manager read and reply very carefully to my comment . That is not acceptable at all this cheap quality pf persons are in this shop ,. We are not in china with cheap food quality . This is USA

This was crazy! I bought two classic rolls & two topped rolls. The topped rolls were oreo & it was delicious, but I couldn't even enjoy it! Got them home & had to reheat them. They're not all the way done. The man who took my order was a bit rude! Disappointed it took me 30 minutes to get there & get home to not be able to eat most of my rolls. The roll was very doughy in the inside & I'm not impressed! I threw more away than I could eat!

Pay attention to what they give. You ordered 3 classic Cinnabon's and a cookie. And they gave me 3 minutes and a cookie and charge me for the classics, what a rip-off.

Asian male at counter had a disgusting attitude to us after he was kind and cordial to the white man ahead of us. Asked questions about the cinnabons while trying to decide what to get. He responded with unwarranted rude short answers during the exchange and even rolled his eyes at my husband, then he mumbled under his breath so at that point we decided to not order anything and left. If he doesn't want to serve people or feel that black people are not deserving of his best customer service then he should reconsider his career choice. And from the previous reviews I am glad I did not make a purchase there.
