City Works at King of Prussia Town Center offers a mixed dining experience. While some found the food just okay, others thought the menu options were delicious. The waitstaff, especially Liana and Craig, received high praise for excellent service and for accommodating dietary restrictions. They were attentive, checking in to ensure needs were met, and even surprised the table with Snickers shooters. The drinks, like the strawberry basil margarita, were very refreshing and strong. The restaurant can get a little hot at times, as the AC sometimes seems to struggle, making it feel stuffy.
