City Works at King of Prussia Town Center offers a mixed dining experience. While some found the food okay, others thought it lacked flavor. The waitstaff, especially Liana, received high praise for excellent service and for accommodating dietary restrictions. She was attentive, checking in to ensure needs were met, and even surprised the table with Snickers shooters at the end of the night. The restaurant can get a little hot at times, as the AC sometimes seems to struggle, making it feel stuffy.
