they were not open on time nor did they answer when i called because it says online they open at 10am. you should be there prepared opening your establishment

We ordered a thai tea and mango smoothe we ordered smalls for each but the man was very kind and gave us bigger sizes! The drinks were very good and Kung Fu Tea is good but this place is way better and I’ll stop by every time I’m at KOP!

Trash can circled in blue, pot circled in green. I’m on the floor above this smoothie shop and I saw the employee set a container that had holes in the bottom that was full of tapioca balls on top of this trash can and then pour it into this pot he was stirring. The container had holes in the bottom, WHY WOULD YOU SET IT ON TRASH AND NOT ON THE COUNTER DISGUSTING THERE ARE LITERALLY CHILDREN WAITING THERE FOR THEIR DRINKS!?!? So unsanitary, do not go here!

Great place!! I've been coming to this place for at least five years - I've always had an amazing experience. It's a family owned business and it's clear they work hard for what they've earned - I'm looking forward to more years of fantastic boba!

Their bubble tea is always fantastic: good tea flavor and soft bubbles. The man is also very nice and he is for sure put a lot of effort into his work. It is so sweet that he makes sure that you are satisfied with your drink before leaving. I have gone here many times and never had a bad experience.

first time i came a few years ago, the cashier misheard my order. i asked for a mango bubble tea with NO milk. when i told her it was the wrong drink, she rudely told me i had to pay again for the correct drink.i came back today to give them another chance at recommendation of a friend. i asked for a mango bubble tea, NO MILK. he gave me one with milk. when i confronted him about this, he said it’s “non-dairy milk”, which last i checked was still milk. i would be more understanding of this misunderstanding or language barrier if this wasn’t a matter of a dietary restriction, and if it didn’t happen multiple times. service was also very slow during the early hours in the middle of the week. the correct drink, that i eventually recieved, was too sour.

I visit this smoothie place often as I live in the King of Prussia area. I ordered a strawberry kiwi smoothie and requested to add coconut. The smoothie tasted like coconut alone. I informed the staff and the owner. He kept trying to convince me the color was the same as the taste of the drink. I explained that too much coconut was added because I can’t taste any of the other flavors. I ended up requesting for a refund and he told me not to return. Very rude and unprofessional. I will not be back.
