Try to avoid this DQ. No drive-thru; staff are robots and no bathrooms. Any walk-in DQ should have a bathroom and welcoming staff. Ice cream is great as usual.
11 STARS Family fun
Worst DQ experience ever. Came in for a 6 inch blizzard cake and waited quite a while for someone to slowly walk over to answer questions (a lady was playing with her phone, and refused to come over, all other staff suddenly disappeared to kitchen when we walked in), the guy doing cleaning job stopped and came over and the answer is “we don’t have 6 inch”. There are a bunch of staff standing near the kitchen, chatting, and nobody wants to come over. Very bad attitude and seems like nobody wants to work, it seems like customers owe the store money to make the purchase. We spent 35 dollars and they don’t even want to give a bag for the cake. When asked about folks and cutter, “we don’t have any”. No 6 inch cake, no folk, no bag, no knife and no work ethic. What is this store opening for? If I’m the store owner, I will definitely fire all of them. First time ever that I see formal workers go hide to kitchen and pushed the janitor to answer customer questions. And everything is “we don’t have it” without even checking. Will never come again.
Honestly better than I remember it being. The chocolate dipped strawberry cheesecake was awesome.
Big ups to this place. The employees are extremely friendly, and provide quick and thorough service. The food is always high quality, and I am honestly becoming a regular at this place 🤣.

The interior lights are too white and too bright. Not the best atmosphere.
But the talent is kind and attentive. They know how to blend the ice cream just right with the toppings. Thank you, Mr. Buffet & team!

Worst blizzard I’ve had. The toppings were stale and the ice cream was melted before even leaving the store. I was also charged $3.60 for a pup cup. Weren’t those complimentary before???

My mother has been talking about going for a Dairy Queen for months. She loves them and I have loved them since my very first little Dairy Queen cone at age two and now the tradition has been passed on to my little girl who had her first Dairy Queen at age 2.
I received exceptional customer service when the store was very busy and I had an unusual question:
My mother has been under the weather for a few days and so, I thought it would cheer her up, since she's been craving a Dairy Queen for - as I said - several months now, if I brought her home one. My drive home was going to be well over 30 minutes (Even up to an hour) because it was rush hour and I headed home from a very commercial area of the Philadelphia suburbs. When I asked about how Dairy Queen would recover if it melted during my long drive home and I put it back in the freezer, I was not given an answer. Rather, the woman who was dispensing wonderful Dairy Queen goodness into a cup for my order took it upon herself to create a virtual mini freezer for my to-go cup. She put the cup with the Dairy Queen itself into a much larger container that she filled with ice. She then put the Dairy Queen in the ice bath into one of the boxes they serve sandwiches out of and that box went into a bag.
Ingenious! Not only did the Dairy Queen arrive home, after over an hour in the car with me, it was perfect as it was when I left the Dairy Queen restaurant itself. And thank you so much, King of Prussia Dairy Queen employee, for caring about making sure my mother got a perfect Dairy Queen when you were busy with a lot of customers. Such personal investment in customers is a rare thing in this post COVID world. The experience I have just described in detail truly warmed my heart.
(PS - maybe Dairy Queen contains healing properties, or maybe it was the extra TLC in the particular cup of Dairy Queen my mother enjoyed, but the very next morning she was feeling 100% better).

I love DQ and have try it in different states but in this one they just murder my ice cream. I have been there 3 times and every time they do it wrong. Third time is not always a charm.

The location is small and you can tell nothing has been updated in a long time, but the food was great & the employees were even better!! I love to go to places where the staff makes you feel welcome, and I'll definitely be coming back.

Alyssa was extremely nice to me the other day. I ordered a blizzard and when I went to pay she told me she took care of it because I’m in law enforcement.
She really paid attention to detail there because I changed my clothes after my shift and just had on my jacket stating that I’m an officer for Montgomery County. I appreciated it and it was very nice of her!
