While Getting my ice cream and Blizzard for my son. He told me he want to use the restroom. The employees refuse to let my 5 years old son to use the restroom because the owners says that only the employees are allow to used it from now on. I have live in here for 9year coming over to same store and never got deny for use restroom at this location. Is a shame that a placelike this can allow a 5 years old with a left kidney issue that anytime that need to go to restroom need to do it asap. Hope somebody cant contact me an explain why is this happening. Nothing against the employes because they are following instruction. But this is unacceptable!

For not being a full DQ with a kitchen, they still did a good job here. I was with a group of college students who ordered a good mixture of drinks, ice cream treats and food including pretzels and hot dogs. Everything was prepared properly and tasted good. The people working were friendly and efficient, even though it was close to closing time. This dining area was a bit small and dated, but I think a lot of people take their food outside if the weather is nice.

Hello! Last Friday I came in for a blizzard and was greeted by 3 young men. The cashier was extremely friendly and helped me decide what I wanted with great advice. The other two boys were extremely quick with my order. All of the employees were friendly and helpful, they made my experience amazing. I will be back 100%

Not friendly, and they don’t serve anything other than ice cream. Shame as I love Dairy Queen’s chicken strips. The restaurant doesn’t feel clean or inviting. Also I’ve never seen any employee wearing gloves.

I went in there the other day and i saw i that my ice cream had little to no toppings and when i had went to talk to them about it they apologized and said they are sorry and that they made beme a new one that was perfect camt wait to go again highly recommend

Ice cream is great but management is disgusting and needs to be spoken too. Granted I’m unsure of what transpired before I walked in but all I seen was an older women talking down on teenage kids as if they were garbage when I walked in. “No one’s good here” “you guys don’t know anything” “it’s hard to train people who suck” (they’re kids and it’s ice cream?????) “idc if there are customers are here.” “You’ll have to wait” — just to name a few of the disgusting remarks made in front of us.Let’s just say if it were MY kids or family spoken to like that we’d have an issue. Talk to people like human beings— not animals. She either needs to step down because she’s visibly unhappy, or take some serious anger management classes. Major Karen vibes. Nothing that serious could have possibly happened for her to borderline verbally abuse and belittle teenage kids who work there and cannot defend themselves in fear of losing their jobs and pure embarrassment, in front of GUESTS. She’s clearly unhappy about where she works and that’s not right for kids to be belittled and spoken down to in front of guests. I’ve made corporate aware of the toxic behavior because i was THAT disgusted by managements behavior to their team and customers. Horrible dining experience. The workers aside from management handles themselves very well. Provided exceptional service (a lot better than their superior) to us considering the circumstances.

I purchased a medium sundae and the amount of ice cream in the cup was not enough to fill it. I asked the employee to show me a small cup because i thought they might have used the wrong size. The difference between the small cup and the medium medium cup was minimal. The strawberry syrup looked like measly spoonful amount. When asked how much it would cost for and additional spoonful … they wanted 85 cents! Pathetically ridiculous. Mind you this is for an additional spoonful! To add insult to disappointment, as I was walking out of the store, I heard the employees snickering and laughing at me. Since I’ve been coming here for years, I never thought about reading the reviews for this location. Lesson learned! So disappointed in corporate for not doing anything but apologizing to customers. Apparently the posted reviews show these practices have been going on for some time. I’m really surprised that Dairy Queen would allow their reputation be tarnished by issues that could be easily addressed. I do not recommend this Dairy Queen! Truly disappointed.So I received the reply below from Dairy Queen. Different wording, same reply to all complaints. Stay away! There are so many options for ice cream and everything else they offer in the area. Why would you even want to have a bad experience. The blizzard was good, employees were fine. It just really weirded me out that none of them were wearing gloves. Going from register to preparing food with those same hands seems…backwards. I work in food service. Maybe our rules are different than this company. Idk. It made me not wanna come back fr.
