Orders a large and was given a medium, not even filled—this is not the first time…I’m sure not the last. It’s usually with the morning people. In the evening, it is much better service.

Horrible atmosphere , didn’t feel welcomed. When I walked in they tried to rush me to order twice and then when I said my order I had to keep repeating myself and the cashier walked off . Then him and this older employee tried to argue with me and he told me to get out or order on the kiosk ! I told them I wanted to speak to a manager and I want somebody else to help me . Everybody acted like they couldn’t speak English ! And just ignored me . Everyone was hostile and I felt scared for my life arguing with to men when all I was trying to do was order something ! I will be putting a report in also through Dunkin’ Donuts. They also said it wasn’t a manager they could help me so I asked for the next person in charge and they acted like they couldn’t hear me

This Dunkin’ somehow managed to combine bad attitude, zero communication skills, and the wrong order all in one visit — that’s talent. While waiting at the speaker, the attendant was juggling conversations with other people, so when she finally addressed me and I didn’t answer right away, she got annoyed.

Told her I was there for a mobile pickup, got silence, then she sarcastically asked if I could even hear her. Pulled up to the window, got a side of attitude with my coffee, and surprise — my order wasn’t even correct.

If you want your caffeine with a side of eye-rolls and incompetence, this is your spot. Otherwise, save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else.

Pure chaos. Coffee machine broken and everyone in there is speaking broken English so hard to understand that I left my sandwich behind because the lady handed me my bag and mumbled something incomprehensible to me repeatedly. Disaster. Go to Starbucks down the street for conference room treats.

I’ve been at Dunkin’ Donuts Customer for many years and this Dunkin’ Donuts the manager there is very very rude. Are refused to return there and I read I refuse to that my family buy anything from there anymore.
