Went in to buy an Eagle Cup. When I got home I discovered that the cup had already been opened and the code for the rewards deal was opened. When I tried to activate the reward code, I received the response that the code was not valid. Returned to the store to show them the response on my phone and was told there is nothing they could do about it unless I wanted a refund. I told them the refund would cover the unusable code but they would not give it to me until I returned the cup which I had left at home. Three trips back to the store to not get what I originally came there for. Very rude and uncaring service. Won't return to that Dunkin' again. There are plenty others in my area.

i come here casually whenever i am craving an iced coffee since it’s nearby but i have to say my previous experiences here haven’t been the best and today’s wasn’t any different. whatever i say on here won’t change the business this store has and truthfully i am not writing this with that intention but just to express how bad i was treated today. i went to order a $5 meal deal, and usually when i do they have the bagels available, today they had the wake up wraps, which i have NEVER eaten before. the lady kept asking me which wake up wrap i wanted assuming i knew what the options were, but she was rude and had an attitude the whole time. i think the team at this store is so focused on getting the orders out that they lack actually being friendly to their customers and this is an ongoing thing that doesn’t change, on top of the lady having an attitude with me, for the drink i asked for iced coffee, requested almond milk, stevia for my sugar and sugar free french vanilla syrup, i got the coffee and it was dark as if they put no milk in it, i asked for more milk but i felt like a bother. and every single time i come here, that’s how i feel, like i annoy the employees whenever i place an order or ask for them to fix my order when it’s wrong.
everyone has a job to do, but i do believe more kindness, patience and actual customer service is needed for this and any business to thrive, even if it’s just a fast food restaurant.

Consistently visiting here as a local. The drive-thru service is fast consistently . This is why we still come here, reliably fast service. Just as consistent is rude service. Instead of listening to your order , the younger people on the mic just say “anything else” repeatedly. Sometimes the order is wrong… if you repeat it back… you’ll never get it wrong ( like chick fil a’s system) which saves everyone trouble.
Today’s service person kept ignoring me when I asked for a “kids temp” hot chocolate. I’ve been getting my son a “kids temp” from multiple coffee shops for years, never had an issue. In fact, the coffee shop across the parking lot always makes it , no issue.
Today, he wanted a Doughnut and a hot chocolate so we presented here to Dunkin. When a client is asking you to prepare something that won’t burn a child…. You DO NOT IGNORE IT. After I asked “did you hear what I asked .. 3 times, the staff member said, “it comes from a machine , I don’t choose the temp” . Easy fix… if it’s scalding hot, just put a few cubes of ice…. Like the place across the parking lot would do instead of arguing with a paying client, it’s simple. She scoffed. Again, do not ignore requests regarding your child customers. It may seem annoying to add a few pieces of ice to a hot chocolate. But kids need these precautions. Simple acknowledgment of your clients’ requests go a long way. The disrespect here is just… too much.

We used the drive through, but one of the orders were missed, so we had to park and go inside to pick up the missing dish. Othwr than that everything went fine, the seating area is clean.
I normally don’t review Dunkin’s but I was too impressed by the speed of their drive through service this morning. I was literally in and out in maybe 5 min . This might be the fastest serving Dunkin I’ve been too lmaao plus my order was exactly right and tasted delish. It was worth writing a review for (:

This was my first time coming to this Dunkin because it’s such a busy area and the line is so long, was pleasantly surprised but how fast the service was, they had that line moving! Great job!
It's Dunkin! Love the food and drinks. I don't say coffee because there are a few drinks that are great besides the coffee. Service is always quick. Highly recommend.
