I’m not sure who is running this place now but it went so downhill. I moved back to the area after a couple of years and it’s constant issues daily with any food items, so I only order coffee.

The manager told me last week that if I wanted my bacon not cold, I had to ask for it to be warmed up in the drive thru window. This isn’t policy, it should be cooked to order. It’s bacon. She didn’t apologize and seemed annoyed that I even mentioned it at all. Also on another day previously I had a sticker end up in my hot coffee, looks like it was a packaging from somewhere. I wasn’t happy

I skip this location when I can now.

I come here often and it's always a hit or miss. They will fill a large iced coffee with ice and still not fill to the top. Then get attitude when asked to add more coffee. If I wanted a small or medium amount of coffee I would've ordered that size. It's bad enough with so much ice. Hashbrowns are either burnt or undercooked rarely tasting fresh like premade batches. Not all employees are the same as I've had good experiences here in the past. It just sucks the bad ones over shadow the good ones.

My wife ordered an iced coffee and asked for less ice. The women shrugged her off and mumbled something to her colleagues in Gujarati not knowing my wife spoke Gujarati. Terrible and lazy. Nuff said

My husband goes here every day and spends at least $6/day. Today we went in there and asked for some ice so that we could pour our Dunkin’ Donuts coffee into my cold cup. They charged us $1.06 for some ice. After all the money we spend at this location. You would think they would appreciate their loyal customers. We left extremely disappointed.

I go to dunkin every day. Iv always pasted this location, today I needed to stop at this location in KOP and everything from manager to some of the employees just have nothing but a additudes and poor customer service for there mistakes. It's quite said that you can see the fear in some of the employees that are working there because they were treated like POS's in front of customers. JUST AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST ATLEAST UNTIL THEY GET NEW MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS GET A LITTLE BETTER

I’ve been coming to this Dunkin once or twice a week for over two years and they have never gotten an order wrong. All the employees are always working so hard in the morning to get everyone’s orders out quickly so it’s impressive and much appreciated they tend to always get the order right. :)

I been going to this location here for awhile since I been working in the area just because it is the only dunkin right up the street from my job because I need my coffeee in the mornings and I like the dunkin coffee instead. The food and coffee is good but the people working there are not nice and act very funny. I go in almost every morning before work and I be nice and say hello and barely get a hello back and be getting funny looks like one girl I noticed her some days working standing at the drive thru window who I thought was cute and I finally tried to talk to when she was at the cashier, I said good morning to her and I told her I see her sometimes at the drive thru window and thatI thought she was pretty and I asked if she was single, she didn't answer nor smile and say thankyou, had an attitude, stuck up and funny and said, my stepfather is right there where I asked her again if she's single so I was just being nice so when I left she said something to one of the workers there and shook her head so it is just the way people are in the Philly area and with these girls having bad attitudes and so negative, people nowadays are so mean and negative and need to learn how to be friendly and be nicer, these people at this dunkin location are not nice so I'm not going here again and surely not getting my money if you do not know how to be nice and greet someone with a smile and be friendly especially if someone notices someone and thinks she is pretty and want to talk so I will only go the dunkins when I go back to New Jersey and Delaware or get my coffee at work or going to some of the cafes I go to in the city.

The place is clean inside. I guess it doesn't get much foot traffic. They absolutely cannot toast a bagel. They think toasted means warmed a little. Toasted twice means warmer with a beige tint around it. Coffee is hit or miss. I doubt they are cleaning the urn like they should. And it takes forever to do nothing. If there a couple cars ahead of you, you'll be a while.
