I placed a mobile order at 6:55am I get there at 7:03 the rude clueless lady told me I had to wait 10 minutes to get my coffee because they were closed!!!! I left without any coffee!!! What in the world!!!

the one inside the kop mall near the food court is disgusting. They suck at making drinks and cant do it properly i asked for LESS ICE and they put ICE TO THE TOP not even exaggerating and when i confronted the guy making it he was saying he cant take out ice… He made the drink after I told him to take out ice and the one of the drinks were SUPER WATER DOWN like no taste just water and tea didnt even get what i wanted. HORRIBLE PLACE DONT COME TO THE ONE IN THE KOP MALL 0/5

They apparently put my order- two hot food items, no drinks- in with someone else's, so mine was never called. It took three reminders, over half an hour, and a request for a refund for them to actually replace my order. The refund request was not acknowledged, let alone fulfilled. No apology or compensation whatsoever was offered. The food, while hot, wasn't even particularly good after such a wait. Other patrons' orders were fulfilled within less than 10 minutes and faced no such issues. If you like wasting your time, feel free to order here; if you like wasting other people's time, I strongly recommend working here. You'd fit right in.

Consistently horrible. Hot coffee is cold, order decaf, get what they give you. If you go into the store, you're ignored for drive-thru customers. At least they're consistent. I go as a last resort.

The Indian lady over there never give you back your change when paying with cash.she just said thanks you and keep it to herself as a tip.That’s a really bad behavior you could do in a business I never seen it before.You need to give people back their change and they will give you the tip if they wanted to.Stop stealing money.And she never listen to your right older.please take this woman away
