Consistently horrible. Hot coffee is cold, order decaf, get what they give you. If you go into the store, you're ignored for drive-thru customers. At least they're consistent. I go as a last resort.

The Indian lady over there never give you back your change when paying with cash.she just said thanks you and keep it to herself as a tip.That’s a really bad behavior you could do in a business I never seen it before.You need to give people back their change and they will give you the tip if they wanted to.Stop stealing money.And she never listen to your right older.please take this woman away

I have gotten food here multiple times always the same thing. And they never get it right, the French Vanilla Taste like Caramel And dont order anything with extra bacon BECAUSE IT NEVER has extra bacon. I have got the same amount of bacon NO MATTER WHAT! They rip people off here Consistently.
This place is always terrible. But today I watch this man fish something out of the garbage and continue to work on other orders without changing out his gloves. Disgusting. I will never be back.

I am truly disappointed from my experience at Dunkin. I ordered avocado toast and they didn't even toast it. It should be called avocado nasty bread. They also used fake pasteurized avocado that have harmful chemicals that cause cancer. The employees were so rude and didn't even put any seasoning. I hope that Starbucks takes over dunkin. ITS HORRIBLE
