They been closed for days wit no word
The lady at the register was trying to do 2 things at one time she wasn't paying attention so busy trying to do the uber eats order she could have to me one second let her finish that's I would have had no problem waiting but was rude and my order wasn't even right hire better people because the 2 that's there are rude the lady that' made my order didn't even make it right
This was one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had. The wait time was absolutely ridiculous for a simple coffee order. There is no excuse for standing around forever at a “fast” coffee shop. It was painfully obvious they are severely understaffed, and the employees looked completely overwhelmed. Management seriously needs to get it together because this is unacceptable, especially during peak hours.
