Eddie V's Prime Seafood

I look forward to every visit to Eddie V's. Steve, the GM, does an awesome job with his team to deliver a world class dining experience. The hostesses who great you are always so warm, so friendly, so happy to see you. If you're really lucky, you will have Oscar as your server because he is sensational. The food is positively delicious and the cocktails are hand crafted by expert bartenders. I highly recommend the steak tartare, the seared Ahi tuna, and the crab fried rice. Amazing! Be sure to save room for dessert!

Excellent waiter, very personable, accomadating . Had better experiences at previous Eddie V dinners! Perhaps due to end of holiday night, but shrimp cocktail was soft and not as tasty as prior occasions. Cesar salad did not taste like Cesar salad, had a vinigrette taste to it. My wifes lambchops were so so, meat was fine,but sauce was not so tasty! The restaurant was very understanding when we mentioned about a screaching child, by removing our cocktail tabs!

The atmosphere was very nice. It was busy but the service was still very good. The entree were very good but the sides were very disappointing.

I made a reservation for Eddie V's for dinner. When I arrived I was 5 minutes late our table was not ready so we waited for a couple of minutes. I don't understand the purpose of a reservation if you still have to wait, anyways when they finally seated us the floor was a mess with crayons and papers on the floor, nobody could have overlooked that crap it was very obvious. Decided to go to the other side and sit down but again the chair is a mess with crayons and paper. Again because it's a birthday dinner we stayed and got seated elsewhere. Our server Daniel is the reason for the amount of stars given. He was very attentive, knowledgeable and had a very welcoming demeanor which I really appreciated after that first impression of this restaurant. The food was hot and delicious. Thank you Daniel for overturning our experience at Eddie V's.

My first time eating at this restaurant was on 03/22/2025. It was my 12th wedding anniversary, I had the 12oz ribeye steak and scallops. OMG the food was truly amazing, everything was delicious, as the service was great. My waiter named Daniel, was absolutely amazing, friendly, knowledgeable and very polite. I been to Sullivan steak house, as their food was great. I’ve been to Prime 225 in Chesapeake Md, as their food was amazing as well. To be perfectly honest, Eddie V’s over rules all the places I mentioned. Not that I will ever not eat at the other places, but Eddie V’s will always be my number one favorite place. This place wholeheartedly deserves 5 stars across the board. Keep up the good work guys.

Our son’s teachers told us he bragged about visiting Eddie Vs and that was impressive since we’d only been once. I had nothing to write home about then, as most of their signature items weren’t available.
Second visit and I paid more attention. Atmosphere is great, service is A+ , only had an issue with a side dish which was quite salty.
We would only eat meats well done, and this is the only restaurant that didn’t burn it to get them done.
Kids enjoyed their meal as well.
