This place started out very good. The food was great and the portions were huge. My family and I stopped by on a bi-weekly basis. It got to a point, we'd even grab breakfast from there when we were rushing to work, school, etc.Recently, it seems everything's gone downhill. I'm not sure why, but the staff is now cocky and very, very rude! Especially the girl with a nose ring. She's very condescending and extremely rude on the phone. I was so shocked when we called to report that our bag of food was missing 2 birria tacos and she said talked to me like I was lying. I tried to explain to her that I'm a regular customer and we always get food from there, but she wouldn't hear it. She even went ahead and used the phrase "like I was saying." At this point, all I could say was "wow, wow, wow!" I was speechless and fuming, but I didn't even know what to say. We hadn't cooked dinner that night and I'd been working for more than 9 hours.Anyway, she eventually spoke with someone and confirmed that I was telling the truth, but then it was too late. She'd already treated my family like trash. She spoke to us in a very condescending and very, very, rude manner, that it just put us off. We never went in to pick up the food because, at that point we couldn't trust it was safe... especially after ther way we were treated by this lady.Anyway, the food quality was already going downhill and they were always missing something from the order. This made my decision to never, ever return to this place really easy. It may not bother the owners, but if you treat one customer badly, you'll eventually get cocky and treat other customers badly. I don't care if this place becomes the next 10 star restaurant. My friends and family will never even look at the corner where this business is located. We'll buy elsewhere or make our own. It's very easy anyway. I don't need an apology. I just want others to know our experience with El-Gordo Bros in King of Prussia.

This hidden gem has some great-tasting street tacos for the area. Also, the pricing is fairly decent! I would recommend it.Things to note: Grab and go. Not a sit-down place. They accept all payment types (cash and card). I’ve been a few times and each time the staff taking my order were very pleasant.

If this was my first time I might of said I would never go there again. My taco meat was burnt this time to where I couldn't eat them because of the taste. I've had tacos here before and they were delicious so I know everyone makes mistakes. But also I've had bad experience with service. Today they wouldn't accept my 20$ bill because of a piece of tape on it. Service should also explain that the tacos have everything on them. I had to order more because my son doesn't eat spicy.
