Amazing service from April, Lucia, and Erick!
Staff were nice but lacked attention to detail. Went in to buy a quart of toasted coconut ($16 worth of ice cream) because it is my mother in laws favorite ice cream and there isn't a Kilwins within 50 miles of us. Got home to find out we received rum raisin...
A good night out with my wife is not complete without a stop by Kilwins.
Always good!
Expensive!!! Small cup of ice cream as almost $7..and it had ice crystals in it. Not worth it at all. The girl behind the counter gave us the ice cream and walked away to drink her drink. Didn't even ring us up. We had to track down someone else so we could pay.
My date and I had some time to wait for our table at a nearby restaurant and decided to explore the store, around 8 PM. We were instantly greeted by a lovely young lady; unfortunately, I don't remember her name. She explained how they made their fudge, gave us recommendations based on our tastes, and even gave us samples. We made a purchase and definitely will be back to get some gifts for the holidays. Great experience!
The icecream and chocolates were one of the best things I’ve tasted! Drea help me and my fiancé pick out the best treats for our Tuesday date day! We got to sit outside and enjoy the sweets in front of a beautiful Christmas tree. It was lovely. 🥰
Omfg I had a chunk of maple walnut fudge ? How tasty and rich! A little pricey nonetheless it’s worth it! A treat of luxury candy ?!

The guy scooping my ice cream, I think his name was merty or something. Well, he wouldn’t stop talking about how he was creamy all over the place. He didn’t blink once.

Kilwins in King of Prussia is an absolute treat! The moment you walk in, you're greeted by the delightful aroma of freshly made waffle cones and chocolate. The staff is friendly and welcoming, ready to offer samples and recommendations.
The ice cream is rich and creamy, with a fantastic variety of flavors. My personal favorite is the Salted Caramel—perfectly balanced sweetness with a hint of salt. The fudge and caramel apples are also a must-try!
The shop has a cozy, inviting atmosphere that makes it a great spot to relax and enjoy your dessert. Whether you're a local or just visiting, Kilwins is a sweet experience you don't want to miss!
