KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot offers a dining experience focused on all-you-can-eat hot pot and barbecue. Reviews frequently praise the awesome food, noting tons of options and perfect taste. Many find it a great experience and excellent for the price, perfect for beginners as staff are great at teaching and walking guests through the whole process. Servers are often described as knowledgeable and making diners feel welcome.
However, experiences with service vary. Some report great service with food coming out quickly and managers being great, while others find the service not great, with staff sometimes hard to flag down and not enthusiastic about explaining the hotpot functions or grill. There were isolated issues with equipment, like a grill not working, causing wasted time. A specific suggestion from reviews is to remember to oil your pan. Despite some inconsistencies, many customers would definitely recommend and come back again, calling it the KPOT you want to go to.
