Beware of this location. The ownership/ staff seem disingenuous, deceptive and bigoted.

I recently visited Kung Fu Tea, and my experience was less than satisfactory due to poor communication and confusing policies. When I arrived, I asked if I could sit down, and the staff told me that I could use the seating area. However, this seating area apparently belongs to another establishment with a different name, yet they share the same retail location. It was quite perplexing, as I was informed I could sit but then told otherwise.

Once seated, I informed the server three separate times that I was only there for boba tea. Despite this, I was repeatedly asked if I would be ordering anything else. After finally receiving my boba tea, a staff member with an iPad approached me and stated that I couldn’t sit if I wasn’t ordering anything else, citing a reservation for the table. I explained that I had been told I could sit there, but she insisted they needed the table, which I found amusing. To avoid making a scene, I decided to leave.

The entire situation was handled very unprofessionally. It seemed many of the staff had limited English proficiency, which compounded the confusion. The owner or management seems to be running the place like an overseas sweatshop, with all employees wearing Bluetooth earbuds. Perhaps if they focused less on appearances and more on listening to customers, being professional, and creating a pleasant experience, their reviews might improve.

The boba tea itself was mediocre, and the place felt like a cheap imitation of what a boba tea shop should be. The owner really needs to address the confusion between the two different sides of the location and properly train employees on tact and professionalism. The server even seemed annoyed when I mentioned ordering boba, implying he couldn't take my order directly. I found it hilarious that the girl was lying to me about needed the table after a server just cleared the table for us 10 minutes earlier and then magic! It’s needed for someone else.

Overall, I would not recommend visiting Kung Fu Tea. Look elsewhere for a better experience.

I highly recommend Kung Fu Tea to anyone looking for a delicious and refreshing cup of bubble tea. Their milk teas are incredible, and their food is delicious too. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the service is fast.

One of the worst Boba tea that I got at a Kung Fu Tea. I ordered cocoa cream large literally got 1 boba in it. I know that food or drink stores in the mall rip off their customers but this is on another level. Totally disappointed and I don't recommend to buy here.

My wife and I stopped for bubble tea... one of her favorites ... and we were pleasantly surprised. The tea of course, was great, but the menu for other foods looked interesting. We will be back! Looks like a cool hangout for genx ,

Drink tasted like water, servers seemed like they were annoyed by my ordering.

I got 2 drinks one was pretty good but the other one was kind of bland and just tasted like milk and no flavor.

Perfect… cocoa cream wow milk cap is perfect! It’s really good ever❤️❤️❤️

Taro Milk Tea with bubbles and pudding
Requested less ice and less sugar. Next time I'll request even less sugar. Even still, absolutely delicious. I got a large and it was $6.94.
Will go back again.
