This spot is known for its super tasty bubble tea and a fantastic Dubai chocolate sundae. Plus, they let you customize your drink with different sugar and ice levels, which is a huge plus! You can also pick any boba you like, and there are tons of choices. I especially love their popping bobas. They have a wide range of drinks, but my favorites are peach matcha cream or strawberry matcha cream. I’m a big fan of all their matcha options.

It’s super easy to order and take your time to choose what you like at the kiosk. If you’re at KOP mall, you absolutely have to check out this bubble tea place! I highly recommend it.

I waited in line for 3 minutes, only to be told by the staff to place my order using the machine. Since I had never used it before, I didn’t notice the “less sugar” option at the bottom. The drink ended up being far too sweet, and the staff refused to remake it unless I paid an extra $2. In the end, I had to throw the drink away. It was a complete waste of my money.

During the weekend we had to do some shopping and came across a T-mobile promotion $2 off Kung fun and you know we took advantage of that deal.

We ordered online and it was ready so quickly I would say it was a record compared to all the other Kung fu locations.

Highly recommend visiting when shopping in the mall

The KOP location doesn’t disappoint. Even when they are busy, the milk tea and boba are fresh and ready within 5 minutes.

Went to get a cocoa cream wow and was told they didn’t have lactaid so i ordered a different drink. Once they called out my drink i saw one of the staff pull out a Brand new jug of lactaid from the fridge. Thats honestly really annoying so definitely will just go somewhere else from now on.

The first time me and my friend went to Kung Fu,in King of Prussia I immediately ran into a problem. I ordered strawberry popping boba in my drink, and I got a bite full of a rock. My tooth legit almost broke. I wasn’t expecting it,and half of the boba was popping the other half where rock hard tapioca,I didn’t order and where probably expired. The dude should have told me he ran out instead of mixing and giving me rocks in my drink. I chocked it up to a bad experience,a few weeks later we went back and the experience was even worse. I don’t know who hit the kiosk with a cyber truck but the machine legit wasn’t working. The touch screen was absolutely awful and it took 10 minutes to order 2 drinks. It bounced all over the place. It also charged my friend for a seltzer he didn’t order and when I tried to get the ladies attention, neither of the employees on shift would give me the time of day. Save to say,I won’t be returning to this location. Get better staff

The tea is good. Only complaint is that they refuse to talk to you if paying with card.

I got a medium green tea with popping boba with light ice. Except THERE WAS NO BOBA!!! What's the point of a boba place with NO BOBA! Unbelievable. THE FACT WE WALKED FROM THE OTHER PART OF THE MALL JUST FOR BOBA HORRIBLE. love the mall but the food experience not so well

I got the taro slush and I would 100% get it again.

Beware of this location. The ownership/ staff seem disingenuous, deceptive and bigoted.

I recently visited Kung Fu Tea, and my experience was less than satisfactory due to poor communication and confusing policies. When I arrived, I asked if I could sit down, and the staff told me that I could use the seating area. However, this seating area apparently belongs to another establishment with a different name, yet they share the same retail location. It was quite perplexing, as I was informed I could sit but then told otherwise.

Once seated, I informed the server three separate times that I was only there for boba tea. Despite this, I was repeatedly asked if I would be ordering anything else. After finally receiving my boba tea, a staff member with an iPad approached me and stated that I couldn’t sit if I wasn’t ordering anything else, citing a reservation for the table. I explained that I had been told I could sit there, but she insisted they needed the table, which I found amusing. To avoid making a scene, I decided to leave.

The entire situation was handled very unprofessionally. It seemed many of the staff had limited English proficiency, which compounded the confusion. The owner or management seems to be running the place like an overseas sweatshop, with all employees wearing Bluetooth earbuds. Perhaps if they focused less on appearances and more on listening to customers, being professional, and creating a pleasant experience, their reviews might improve.

The boba tea itself was mediocre, and the place felt like a cheap imitation of what a boba tea shop should be. The owner really needs to address the confusion between the two different sides of the location and properly train employees on tact and professionalism. The server even seemed annoyed when I mentioned ordering boba, implying he couldn't take my order directly. I found it hilarious that the girl was lying to me about needed the table after a server just cleared the table for us 10 minutes earlier and then magic! It’s needed for someone else.

Overall, I would not recommend visiting Kung Fu Tea. Look elsewhere for a better experience.
